Ich fühle mich wohl bei ihr und sie konnte mir weiter helfen. I can thank Mrs. Mag. Highly recommend Andrea König, she has a very calm and friendly charisma. I feel good with her and she was able to help me further.

Wie bei der letzten Bewertung verrechnet 100,- EUR für 'Ihre für uns reservierte Zeit', aber für keine Leistung (da aufgrund von einem gemalten Baum die Diagnostik nicht möglich wäre, auch keine Teildiagnostik)! Schickte uns nach der Eingabe aller Daten heim, da mein Kind leicht Schnupfen hatte - warum denn nicht gleich heim geschickt, sondern zuerst Daten für die Abrechnung gesammelt???? Waren rund 20 Min. drinnen, mein Kind durfte einen Baum malen und das war's. Verrechnet aber der Krankenkasse was (lt. ihr 70,- EUR) und uns 100,- EUR, da wir den zweiten Termin für nächste Woche abgesagt haben. Don't deserve a single star! As with the last evaluation, 100, - EUR are charged for 'the time you have reserved for us', but for no service (since diagnostics would not be possible due to a painted tree, including no partial diagnostics)! Sent us home after entering all the data, as my child had a runny nose - why not sent us home straight away, but first collected data for accounting ???? We were inside for around 20 minutes, my child was allowed to paint a tree and that's it. But charges the health insurance company something (according to you 70, - EUR) and us 100, - EUR, because we have canceled the second appointment for next week.

Sowohl fachlich als auch menschlich fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben. Auch mit meinem sehr ängstlichen Sohn konnte sie sehr gut umgehen. Danke! I was with my two children at Ms. Dr. König and I am more than satisfied. She takes a lot of time for each appointment. We felt that we were in good hands, both professionally and personally. She was also very good at dealing with my very anxious son. Thank you!
