a	alexander seidl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also, die Chemie zwischen zwei Menschen stimmt oder stimmt nicht. Zwischen dem Herrn von Luftballon Wien und mir stimmte sie NICHT! Umso mehr freut es mich diese Fünf Sterne zu vergeben. Warum? Weil ich ihn sichtlich mit Fragen und energieraubenden Überlegungen genervt und gelöchert habe. Und die Aussicht auf den großen Umsatz eindeutig nicht gegeben war. Trotzdem blieb er ruhig und hilfsbereit, stieg nie aus der Kommunikation aus und blieb auch im Augenkontakt konsequent. Im Endeffekt bekam ich von ihm eine Lösung (siehe Foto) die dann als Grundlage für das spätere Endprodukt optimal war. Und das war das Beste das da heraus zu holen war. Damit sieht mich Luftballon Wien definitiv als Kunde im Fall eines Ballonprojektes wieder und ich durfte zwischenzeitlich auch schon einige Empfehlungen diesbezüglich tätigen. So, the chemistry between two people is right or wrong. It was NOT right between the Herr von Luftballon Wien and me! So I'm all the more pleased to award this five stars. Why? Because I visibly annoyed and pestered him with questions and energy-sapping considerations. And the prospect of big sales was clearly not there. Nevertheless, he remained calm and helpful, never dropped out of communication and also remained consistent in eye contact. In the end, I got a solution from him (see photo) which was then ideal as a basis for the later end product. And that was the best that could be got out of there. Luftballon Wien will definitely see me again as a customer in the case of a balloon project and in the meantime I have been able to make some recommendations in this regard.

Zusätzlich kann die Deko aus Luftballons auch mit farbiger LED Beleuchtung ausgestattet werden. Weiters werden eine Vielzahl an Geschenksideen angeboten. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Very nice sales staff. Furthermore, a variety of gift ideas are offered. It's worth a visit.

Die Kundenberatung ist top, beim Abholtermin war der Inhaber sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Ich werde beim nächsten Anlass immer dort Party Bedarf einkaufen. The customer service is great, the owner was very nice and accommodating at the pick-up date. For the next occasion I will always go there for party supplies.
M	Marian Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War bei Luftballon.wien weil wir Helium für unsere Ballons brauchten und ein Beratung dafür das die Ballons zur Party auch alle schön oben schweben und nicht gleich am nächsten Tag unten liegen. Genau richtig habe eine super gute Beratung bekommen und die Ballons schweben seit 3 Tagen immer noch an der Decke. (Nur etwas kleiner sind sie geworden) aber danke den echt coolen Tip hat es 1A geklappt. Preislich ist alles im durchschnitt und okay. Danke nochmal an das Team :) Was at Luftballon.wien because we needed helium for our balloons and a consultation that the balloons for the party all float nicely above and not lie down the next day. I got really good advice and the balloons have been floating on the ceiling for 3 days. (They are just a little smaller) but thanks to the really cool tip, it worked out 1A. In terms of price, everything is average and okay. Thanks again to the team :)
