J	Jimmy Liu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leider eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung hier - zuerst bekommen wir eine neue Logopädin nach 2 Einheiten, somit hat die neue Logopädin meine Tochter wieder neu Kennenlernen und von Null anfangen müssen. desweitere geht es um Terminänderung, es ist natürlich klar, dass man bei einer Terminänderung min. 24 Stunden bekannt geben soll, aber meine Tochter hat kurzfristig in der Nacht Fieber bekommen, und wir haben die Info am nächsten Tag um 7 Uhr früh weitergegeben, (Termin war um 17 Uhr) sind aber trotzdem gezwungen, für diese Einheiten zu bezahlen. Um uns entgegen zukommen haben wir die 2te Möglichkeit bekommen, keine Zahlung zu tätigen, aber das ganze muss unterbrochen, und restliche Termine muss storniert werden. Also sehr unflexible und hilflos. wenn Sie nicht sicher stellen können, dass Ihr Kind immer gesund bleiben können, ist da nicht zum Empfehlen ! Furthermore, it's about a change of date, it is of course clear that if you change the date you should announce at least 24 hours, but my daughter got a fever at short notice, and we passed the information on the next day at 7 a.m., ( The appointment was at 5 p.m.) but are still forced to pay for these units. In order to accommodate us, we got the 2nd possibility not to make any payment, but the whole thing has to be interrupted and the remaining appointments have to be canceled. So very inflexible and helpless. if you cannot ensure that your child can always stay healthy, this is not recommended!
