Das Personal ist zuvorkommend, es sind viele Parkplätze vorhanden und die Geschäfte sind zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. This Libro branch is located in a large and colorful industrial area with many shops and restaurants. The staff is courteous, there are plenty of parking spaces and the shops are within walking distance.

Leider das letzte mal bzgl Schulmaterial so schlecht beraten worden, die Dame hatte entweder keine Zeit oder selbst keine Ahnung, dass wir im Zukunft bei so speziellen Dingen wo anders hin schauen werden. You always have to search for advice. Unfortunately the last time regarding School material was so badly advised, the lady either had no time or had no idea that we would look elsewhere in the future for such special things.

Büro- und Schulartilel sowie Geschenke, Bücher und Guthabenkarten für alles mögliche in Fülle vorhanden. Typical Libro, well furnished, friendly staff. In the past, far more choice of video games and electronics, unfortunately less in this direction today. Office and school supplies as well as gifts, books and prepaid cards for anything in abundance available.

M	Monika Wallmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr enttäuscht von dieser Filiale.... einen Kunden zurüchzugrüßen ist leider Fremdwort... nicht die beste Art für einen freundlichen Empfang .... auf freundliches Nachfragen wo sich ein bestimmter Artikel befindet bin ich zuerst leider einfach ignoriert worden.... auf meinen etwas irritieren Blick hinauf hat sich die blonde Angestellte doch dazu bewegt, mir den gesuchten Artikel zu zeigen. Filiale würde in der Nähe liegen, sieht mich aber nie wieder. Die Dame an der Kassa war sehr freundlich. Vielleicht sollten sich bestimmte Mitarbeiter einmal Gedanken machen,dass Sie ja von den Kunden leben. Unfortunately, very disappointed with this branch .... greeting a customer back is unfortunately a foreign word ... not the best way for a friendly welcome .... when asked where a certain article is, I was ignored at first ... At my somewhat confused look up, the blonde employee moved to show me the item I was looking for. Branch would be nearby, but will never see me again. The lady at the cash desk was very friendly. Perhaps certain employees should think that they make a living from the customers.
