★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie ich schon bei meiner Rezension zum Stift Göttweig schrieb, ist die Geschichte dieses Ortes durch Ausgrabungen gut belegt. Die Schautafeln sind informativ und weder überfordern sie noch fehlt grundlegendes.
Der Blick zum Stift und auf die Kirche des ehemaligen Frauenklosters ergibt ein besonderes Dreieck.
As I wrote in my review of the Göttweig Abbey, the history of this place is well documented by excavations. The display boards are informative and neither overwhelm them nor lack a basic one.
The view of the monastery and the church of the former women's monastery results in a special triangle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imposante Lage, über einen Wanderweg in rund 15 Minuten vom Parkplatz an der Straße erreichbar. Die Fundamente der Kirchr sind freigelegt, sowie die Position eines noch älteren Hokzhauses angedeutet.
Es finden regelmäßig am 23. April und am 31. Dezember Heilige Messen statt.
Imposing location, accessible via a hiking trail in around 15 minutes from the parking lot on the street. The foundations of the church are exposed and the position of an even older Hokzhaus is indicated.
Holy Masses are held regularly on April 23rd and December 31st.
