Wirkte recht kompetent und deshalb wollte ich zu meinem Kaminofen auch noch 3 Badezimmer und 3 WC's verfliesen lassen.... Alles wäre kein Problem sagte man mir für den Termin anfang September.... Sehr zäher Schriftverkehr, bekam wochenlang keine Antworten auf meine Fragen weder per E-Mail noch über whats app... Dann plötzlich bekam ich eine whats app (3 Wochen nach der letzten Nachricht) wo mir darin gesagt wird das bis mitte Oktober alles voll sei aber wenn ich ab da noch was will soll ich mich melden. Ich muss mich am Bau auf Firmen verlassen können und desshalb kann ich diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen. Finde das sehr unprofessionell. I got this company recommended, called and he was quick to visit the construction site. Acted quite competent and that is why I wanted to have 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets tiled in addition to my stove .... Everything would be no problem I was told for the appointment at the beginning of September .... Very tough correspondence, got no answers to my questions for weeks neither by e-mail nor via whats app ... Then suddenly I got a whats app (3 weeks after the last message) in which I was told that everything would be full until mid-October, but if I want anything from then on I should go Report. I have to be able to rely on companies when it comes to construction and therefore I cannot recommend this company to others. Find this very unprofessional.
