Very friendly employee. I spoke to me as soon as I entered the shop, but unfortunately the item was not in stock. I then bought it in the Grabenweg branch.

Absolute Frechheit. Inferior quality at expensive prices. Bad service. Store the pillow open and sell it as a "hygiene article" and thus exclude it from being exchanged. Absolute cheek.

Ich habe dort eine Decke gekauft, diese war komplett eingepackt so wie ich sie von dort gekauft habe nicht einmal benutzt und trotz Rechnung und nichtverwendung kann ich sie nicht zurück geben. Eine Frechheit, solche Läden sollte man meiden!!! Shit and lie to the customers. I bought a blanket there, it was completely wrapped up in the way I bought it from there and didn't even use it and despite the invoice and not being used, I can't give it back. A cheek, you should avoid such shops!
