Very competent employees who also respond to your wishes. A bit more expensive, but good quality and no junk as with the surrounding competition.

Wochen haben sie mich angerufen und gesagt sie können das nicht gravieren (das war übrigens der letzte Tag, an dem es eigentlich hätte fertig graviert sein müssen). Außerdem hab ich dann auch noch zusätzliche 10 Tage warten müssen, bis ich meinen Schmuck abholen konnte, weil der "noch nicht da war" So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, und wirklich entschuldigt haben sie sich auch nicht! Absolutely incopent! Got something to engrave and after 2 (!!) weeks they called me and said they can not engrave that (that was the last day it should have been engraved, by the way). Besides, I also had to wait an extra 10 days to pick up my jewelry because it was "not there yet". I've never experienced anything like that, and they really have not apologized!

VERKÄUFERIN behauptete das hält wenn man drauf aufpasst und nicht nass macht lange.Jetzt nach 2Monaten ist das Gold ab und die andere Verkäuferin meint das ist normal.Ich habe mich informiert wenn es gut gemacht ist hält es lange und bei 50Euro für ein kleines dünnes Armband gehe ich davon aus dass es qualitativ ist. Now after 2 months the gold is off and the other seller says that is normal. I have informed myself if it is well done it lasts a long time and at 50 euros for a small thin bracelet I assume that it is qualitative.

Auch neues Uhrwerk einbauen ist sehr kostengünstig. Very friendly and competent. My watch needed cleaning. Service was free even though I didn't need anything else. Fitting a new movement is also very inexpensive.
