Erster Kontakt war sehr positiv. als ich erklärte was ich wollte und bekam ich eine gute Beratung. Dabei sollte mir nicht was unnötiges angedreht werden, sondern es wurde auf meinen Bedarf eingegangen. Bei einer späteren schriftlichen Rückfrage bekam ich sofort eine Antwort mit allen angefragten Details. Jetzt warte ich noch gespannt auf die Lieferung.
Due to bad goods from my previous supplier, I needed a new contact and spontaneously went to Fresh Ice because I had something to do in the area. First contact was very positive. when I explained what I wanted and I got good advice. I was not supposed to be turned on something unnecessary, but my needs were addressed. When I wrote to them later, I immediately got an answer with all the requested details. Now I'm still waiting for the delivery.
