U	Ursula Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Ärzte sind sehr einfühlsam und man ist wirklich gut aufgehoben,alle anderen Damen sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr bemüht !!! Bis jetzt war ich super zufrieden mit meinem Termin, aber seit dem Nummer System ist es furchtbar !!! Ich war 20 Minuten VORHER da und musste noch eine halbe Stunde warten das ich mich überhaupt anmelden konnte .Ich hoffe dass man dieses System überdenkt The doctors are very sensitive and you are really in good hands, all other women are extremely nice and very hard working !!! So far I was super happy with my appointment, but it's terrible since the number system !!! I was there 20 minutes BEFORE and had to wait half an hour before I could even log in. I hope that this system is rethought

Bei der Bitte um Bestätigung des Bluthochdrucks: "Das mache der Herr Doktor leider nicht", ich solle den Hausarzt fragen oder sonstwo. Es würde ohnehin im Befund stehen, tut es aber nicht, sondern alles Mögliche. Leider sehr enttäuschend. Unfortunately I have to change my ratings: For months in treatment for high blood pressure, everything is good. When asked for confirmation of the high blood pressure: "Unfortunately, the doctor won't do that", I should ask the family doctor or somewhere else. It would be in the diagnosis anyway, but it doesn't, but everything possible. Unfortunately very disappointing.
B	Bianca Bibi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aufgrund Corona soll man pünktlich zum (Konzroll-) Termin kommen aber über eine Stunde, wenn nicht länger, in einem vollen Warteraum warten war nicht sehr schlau durchdacht, aber sonst bin ich sehr zufrieden! Ärzte höflich, sehr genau (haben Sachen entdeckt die viel andere Ärzte nie gefunden haben...) und nehmen sich Zeit. Auch bei der Koloskopie war ich mehr als beeindruckt. Da ging alles sehr schnell und problemlos (eingeschlafen, aufgewacht, fertig und gegangen). Top! Werde ich weiterhin besuchen aber hoffe das das mit der Wartezeit zukünftig nicht mehr so chaotisch ist. Dann kam ich in dass Behandlungszimmer und man sagte mir, der Arzt käme gleich. Nach 20 Minuten hab ich das erste mal nachgefragt ob jemand kommt. Antwort: Es dauert halt bei jemand anderem etwas länger. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten und weiterer Reklamation wurde ich nicht wirklich beachtet......irgendwann reichts dann "für immer" ... thought I was in good hands in this practice. Had an appointment today and was called within a short time. Then I came into the treatment room and was told the doctor was coming soon. After 20 minutes I asked for the first time if someone was coming. Answer: It just takes a little longer with someone else. After another 20 minutes and another complaint, I was not really noticed ...... at some point it is enough "forever"
S	Stella Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war mein erster Besuch in dieser Ordination. Die Damen bei der Aufnahme waren sehr freundlich und wissen, meiner Meinung nach, genau, was sie tun. Die Wartezeit war trotz Termin ein bisschen länger, jedoch nahm sich die äußerst kompetente Assistentin, die die Anamnese aufnimmt, reichlich Zeit und sie hatte auch grosses Einfühlungsvermögen und war unglaublich nett. Auch der Arzt, der dann sehr rasch zur Untersuchung kam, war sehr kompetent und vertrauenserweckend und hat mich aufgrund meiner angegebenen Beschwerden, sehr gründlich untersucht. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Erfahrung in so schwierigen Zeiten für alle Beteiligten. Vielen Dank. It was my first visit to this ordination. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and, in my opinion, know exactly what they are doing. The waiting time was a bit longer despite the appointment, but the extremely competent assistant who takes the anamnesis took plenty of time and she also had great empathy and was incredibly nice. The doctor, who came to the examination very quickly, was also very competent and trustworthy and examined me very thoroughly because of my complaints. Overall, a very pleasant experience in such difficult times for everyone involved. Thanks very much.
L	Lisa Ganaus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trotz einer Wartezeit von 45 Minuten war ich sehr positiv beeindruckt von dem netten Team am Empfang und auch von der Assistentin, welche mir meinen Blutdruck gemessen hat etc. Auch der Arzt war sehr einfühlsam, sehr freundlich und hat mich sehr gut aufgeklärt. Leider heutzutage eine Seltenheit. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Despite a waiting time of 45 minutes, I was very positively impressed by the nice team at reception and also by the assistant who measured my blood pressure, etc. The doctor was also very empathetic, very friendly and gave me very good information. Unfortunately a rarity these days. Highly recommended!!!
