InStyle Residences Vienna Airport

Extremely hot room, dusty shelves in the bathroom and bedroom and it became very dirty during the stay. Noone nither came to take the garbage away nor to clean the floor at least. Would not recommend it for longer than 1 night stay.

Clean, Very nice room and good service. Unfortunately poor area for restaurants. If it’s open, (6pm) hard to get along in English...only the crew in near bakery was helpful

The room was OK, but the constant noise from under the window is just horrible.

3 stars only because staff was very nice but room was miserably hot, no AC and couldn't sleep. This place confuses me.....they have a hookah bar and alcohol bar where kids seem to hang out and I don't really get that. The room was nice but not having AC in high 90 degree heat was intolerable. If my kids weren't exhausted we would have went to the airport and slept there. If it wasn't for the heat I'm sure the place would be great, but I would not stay there ever again during the summer.

Apartment is pretty good but toilet shower doors were slightly faulty. The guy at the bar downstairs in charge of check in is pretty friendly DO NOT BOOK THIS DURING THE SUMMER. It is very warm as there is no A/C hence there were mosquitoes in the apartment. Winter is fine. Was booked to stay here a couple times by a local friend before switching to a hotel. A good cheap alternative.

Great value for money if you want to sleep not far from the airport. Very clean and good for families.

Nice rooms, helpfull staf, also we used parking for a week. Worth the money.

We arrived the reception and the first that hit us was a harsh smell of smoke. The reception looked like a party bar, but the receptionist was polite and nice. When we got our room the smoke smell was still strong, and the room was full of dog hair. My spouse has severe asthma so we can not sleep in Smokey rooms Or places With dog hair and dust. We called booking.com and asked if they we could cancel the hotel free of charge so we could find a place to sleep that was clean and without smoke. They said we had to ask InStyle Residence because it was a full charge cancellation fee. Booking.com called the reception and the receptionist came up to our room to try fixing the problem. He was polite and said we could check another room. The other room was also dirty, and had a smoke smell (less then the first room though). Since my spouses asthma I asked if we could cancel the hotel free of charge and get our money back. The receptionist called his boss, and after a brief phone call he said we could cancel free of charge. Good service ( we thought) We said thank you and delivered back the key and went to a different hotel. After a few days I asked InStyle residence when My money would be reimbursed. The answer was a bit shocking; “Hello, you have canceled a booking which where you had a cancelation fee. Also I have hered that we offered you another Apartment. Sorry, but we cannot give you the money back, as we could not sell the Apartment again, because of the short time we had. Best regards” InStyle residence Vienna airport lied straight to my face. They said we could cancel free of charge, then after a few days the said that they have never said something like that. Never book this place for a night stay! The hotel broke a verbal agreement and refuse to send me back my money. I have traveled in more than 50 countries and I have never experienced a professional hotel steal money from their customers.
