No hidden costs, correctly and on time, so building or remodeling is fun. My renovation was some time ago, but I would like to do it again.

Die Arbeiter sind aus der Umgebung, kompetent und fleißig, die planerische Vorbereitung sehr detailreich und durchdacht und die Bauleitung aus dem Büro (oft vor Ort!) wirklich sehr sehr gut organisiert und vorbereitet und hat auch immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen mitsamt kompetenter, rascher Antwort. Auch die anderen Gewerke finden nur Lob für die Bauleitung da dort alle Fäden zusammenlaufen. Man merkt gleichzeitig die langjährige Erfahrung aber auch die Offenheit immer auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zu bleiben. Flottes, Sauberes, ÖNorm-gerechtes Hausbauen bei dem auch die Bauaufsicht viel Lob statt Fehler findet. Und falls doch mal was schiefläuft, was immer mal passieren kann, wird nicht auf andere gezeigt oder nach Ausreden gesucht, sondern eine Lösung gefunden. Es zahlt sich aus, sich auf ein lokales Familienunternehmen zu verlassen. We are really very satisfied with the performance of our Jungwirth house construction. The workers are from the area, competent and hard-working, the planning preparation is very detailed and well thought-out, and the construction management from the office (often on site!) Is really, very well organized and prepared and always has an open ear for issues, including more competent and quicker Answer. The other trades can only find praise for the site management, because that's where all the threads come together. One notices at the same time the many years of experience but also the openness to always stay on the cutting edge of technology. Brisk, clean, ÖNorm-compliant house building in which the building supervision receives a lot of praise instead of mistakes. And if something goes wrong, which can always happen, no one points to others or looks for excuses, but a solution is found. It pays to rely on a local family business.
