★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe auf ein Angebot von April bis Oktober 2013 gewartet, immer wieder urgiert, Rückrufe versprochen bekommen, die nie gemacht wurden , um schlussendlich kein Angebot zu bekommen :(
Traurig!
Waited for an offer from April to October 2013, urged again and again, promised callbacks that were never made so that I finally didn't get an offer :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fachberatung falsch. Empfohlenes Sprechanlage hat die die geforderten Kriterien nicht erfüllt. Rückgabe des gekauften Produktes lt. Menhart nicht möglich obwohl Servicetechniker des Herstellers am Telefon dies eindeutig als kein Problem beurteilt hat. Somit waren weitere kostenspielige Baumaßnahmen erforderlich, um das durch falsche Beratung gekaufte Produkt ordnungsgemäß einsetzen zu können. Weiters kam dazu, dass der Anschluss der Kontakte der Videosprechanlage nur auf Audio angeschlossen war.
....und das alles von einem österreichischen (Fach)Betrieb.
Expert advice wrong. Recommended intercom did not meet the required criteria. According to Menhart, returning the purchased product is not possible although the manufacturer's service technician on the phone clearly assessed this as not a problem. Further costly construction work was therefore necessary in order to be able to properly use the product bought through incorrect advice. In addition, the video intercom contacts were only connected to audio.
.... and all from an Austrian (specialist) company.
