K	Katharina Manuguerra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also wir hatten kein problem mit der dame die die erstuntersuchung macht, die war sehr nett ABER ich finde es doch eher grausig, dass in einem HYGIENEzentrum mit ein und demselben kamm OHNE ihn dazwischen zu desinfizieren (man könnte ja mal kurz eine sprüher octenisept oder sowas draufsprühen) jedem nacheinander die haare durchfrisiert werden... versteh ich halt nicht warum man das nicht macht... So we had no problem with the lady who makes the initial investigation, which was very nice BUT I find it rather scary that in a HYGIENEzentrum with one and the same comb WITHOUT him in between to disinfect (you could even short a sprayer octenisept or something spraying on it) every one of the hair is cut through ... I just do not understand why you do not do that ...

Die Rezeption war freundlich und die Kontrolle ging ganz schnell, die Entlausung war schmerzlos (ok das kämmen tat etwas weh :)) und die Angestellten waren sehr nett. Würde dort freiwillig wieder kommen. Was there for the first time and I have to admit that I was a little afraid of it. The reception was friendly and the control went very quickly, the delousing was painless (ok the comb hurt a little :)) and the staff were very nice. Would come back there voluntarily.

K	Katharina Höss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine bodenlose Frechheit das Personal dort, aber man ist ja gezwungen dort hinzugehen, gibt ja in Wien und NÖ keine andere Entlausungsmöglichkeit und das wissen sie vermutlich auch.? Beim ersten Mal wurden wir abgelehnt, weil das Kind Knoten in den Haaren hatte!? Hallo, geht es noch!? Beim nächsten Besuch wurde gar nicht geschaut, ob man Läuse hat und egal welchen Fragen man stellte, man wurde direkt angefaucht...wenn ich mich in der Arbeit so benehmen würde hätte ich schneller als ich schauen kann eine Kündigung in der Hand...Frechheit!!! Aber die blonde Dame mit Kurzen Harre die Entlausung macht , war nicht normal !!!! Sie bringt die Kinder zu weinen !!!!! Übrigens, das ist ein bezahlte Service, das heißt: sie macht es nicht gratis!! Wie zahlen dafür !!! Quick appointment you get easy, the Lord, the investigation leads, was nice and likes to tip. But the blonde lady with Short Harre doing the delousing was not normal !!!! She brings the kids to cry !!!!! By the way, this is a paid service, that is: it does not do it for free !! How to pay for it !!!
M	MeSoundsUp bo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man bedenkt dass hauptsächlich Kinder behandelt werden sollte man auch qualifiziertes Personal einstellen. Die Dame bei der Erstuntersuchung war sowas von unfreundlich und batzig zu unseren kindern. (Wieso hat das Kind so fettige Haare, unsere 2 Tochter hatte zu ungebürstete Haare für die Dame). Die Afrofrisur des Kindes davor wurde überhaupt abgelehnt und zum Frisör geschickt!!! So eine unfreundliche Behandlung habe ich Lebtags noch nicht erlebt. If you consider that mainly children are treated, you should also hire qualified staff. The lady at the initial examination was so unfriendly and bitchy to our children. (Why does the child have so greasy hair, our 2 daughter had too unbrushed hair for the lady). The child's afro hair was previously rejected and sent to the hairdresser !!! I have never experienced such unfriendly treatment in my life.
M	Martina Maric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann leider keine Beurteilung zum gesamten Personal abgeben, da ich nur die bissige Hexe dort kenne. Beim ersten mal hatte sie mir unterstellt ich würde mein Kind nicht bürsten (meine Tochter ist dunkelhäutig und hat eine dementsprechende haarstruktur) und beim zweiten mal passte es ihr nicht, dass meine Tochter gebürstet war, denn ich muss Pflegemittel benutzen um sie zu bürsten und das führte wieswe zu einer rapiden Verschlechterung des Gemütszustandes der Frau Malefiz. So etwas frustriertes und unhöfliches ist mir noch niemals untergekommen. Leider müssen wir wieder hin. Diesmal lege ich es darauf an und weigere mich um eine Behandlung von dieser Frau wenn sie ihr nicht einen Riegel vor den Mund schieben. Unfortunately, I can not give any assessment to the entire staff, because I know only the biting witch there.
