I	Ismet Alimujkic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte bis gar keine Bedingung! Nur 2 von 3 Umkleidekabinen da eine als Lager benutzt wird. Habe bereits 15 min gewartet und wurde dann auch noch von der Verkäuferin blöd angeredet, weil ich gefragt habe wie lange das denn da noch dauern wird. Das war das 1. & letze mal das mich dieser Laden gesehen hat. Habe eindeutig besser Beratung in einen günstigeren Geschäft als hier. Bodenlose Frechheit von der Verkäuferin und traurig, sollte in einen Hunkemöller eigentlich nicht der Fall sein!!! Lg Kathi Bad to no condition! Only 2 of 3 changing rooms as one is used as a warehouse. I have already waited 15 minutes and was then called stupidly by the saleswoman because I asked how long it was going to take. That was the first & last time that this shop saw me. Clearly got better advice in a cheaper business than here. Bottomless cheek from the saleswoman and sad, shouldn't really be the case in a Hunkemöller !!! Lg Kathi

Mit der Kundenkarte kann man auch Punkte sammeln. Ist direkt in der Shopping Arena. Große und ausreichende Parkplätze vorhanden. A selection of many lingerie from small sizes to color selection .. also have good offers Buy 3 items and pay 2. You can also collect points with the customer card. It's right in the shopping arena. Large and sufficient parking spaces available.

Die wundervolle Verkäuferin Andrea war sofort bereit und beriet uns sehr freundlich und mit sichtlichem Spaß. Mit ihrer Unterstützung war die passende Größe schnell gefunden und wir feilten gut gelaunt gemeinsam an den Modellen und Farben. Am Schluss verließen wir den Laden mit einigen wirklich tollen, passenden und angenehmen Stücken, die wir ohne ihre Hilfe sicher nicht ausgesucht hätten. Auf diesem Weg noch einmal vielen Dank für Deine Beratung Andrea, es war super lustig und wenn wir das nächste Mal in der Nähe sind, besuchen wir euch auf jeden Fall wieder! :) Packed in the locker room we were not sure about the size and asked for help. The wonderful saleswoman Andrea was immediately ready and advised us very friendly and with obvious fun. With their support, the right size was quickly found and we filed in good spirits together on the models and colors. At the end we left the shop with some really great, suitable and pleasant pieces that we would not have chosen without their help. Thank you again for your advice Andrea, it was super funny and next time we are in the vicinity, we will visit you again! :)

Andrea (wirklich die perfekte Angestellte!!), hat uns mit Witz und Professionalität tolle Unterwäschen gezeigt und so ging ich gut gelaunt und mit dem passenden „etwas“ aus dem Laden! Vielen Dank nochmals dafür, so macht shoppen Spaß! What a shopping experience ... I needed something suitable for the wedding and we were given super good advice. Andrea (really the perfect employee !!), showed us great underwear with humor and professionalism and so I left the shop in a good mood and with the right “something”! Thanks again for that, shopping is fun!
A	Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Dame, die in diesem Store arbeitet, sollte sofort entlassen werden. 1. hat sie mir nicht geholfen, 2. hatte Ausreden und 3. hat mich sogar ganz plötzlich beleidigt. Sowas geht gar nicht, habe ich NIE in meinem Leben erlebt, UNFASSBAR!!! Die Dame war am 25. 1. 2022 gegen 13:00 Uhr da. The lady who works in this store should be fired immediately. 1. she didn't help me, 2. made excuses and 3. even insulted me all of a sudden. Something like that doesn't work at all, I've NEVER experienced it in my life, INCREDIBLE!!! The lady was there on January 25, 2022 at around 1:00 p.m.
