Ausser einer Entschuldigung und Änderungsgeld retour wusste man nichts anderes, um langjährige Stammkunden zu halten (zb. Tücherl, Gutschein, etc.) seitens der Junior Chefin...
As previous regular customers, we were extremely dissatisfied, as a change had to be paid twice (when buying and when collecting and this at different prices diff 50%). Apart from an apology and change money back, nothing else was known in order to keep long-term regular customers (e.g. towels, vouchers, etc.) on the part of the junior boss ...
