K	Katka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kladný: Lokalita je absolutně fantastická - mnoho možností vyžití. Dětské hřiště hned naproti. Nákupní středisko v dosahu.. Záporný: Nic. Možná jen upozorním na to, že je hotýlek hned u silnice - tedy je slyšet ruch od silnice..
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kladný: Lokalita byla úžasná, spousta možností výletů.. Záporný: Bohužel nám většinu dnů nepřálo počasí, ale i v dešti je zde možnost zábavy - my využili termály..
M	Margit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Auch auf der Ausziehcouch lässt es sich wunderbar schlafen. Die Wohnung inkl. Bäder war sehr sauber.. Negativ: Das einzige das bemängelt werden könnte, wäre die Lage... Direkt hinter einem Berg, kein Blick auf den See und Hauptdurchgangsstraße nach St. Wolfgang.... Aber - die Fenster sind hervorragend gegen Lärm isoliert. Strobl und St. Wolfgang sind jew. in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar - alles andere ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau..
J	Julia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Sehr nette Gastgeber; die Lage nicht weit vom See; im Zimmer samt Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir gebraucht haben (Salz und Pfeffer wären vielleicht noch schön!). Negativ: Straßenseitiges Apartement - Schlafen bei offenem Fenster in der Nacht leider nicht möglich; die Betten sind sehr weich und fast schon ein bißchen durchgelegen.
K	Karin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positiv: Fantastischer und riesiger Spielplatz gegenüber! Sauber und gepflegtes Haus mitausreichend Parkplätze direkt davor. Im Appartement war alles da was man benötigt inklusive Kaffee für den ersten Tag.. Negativ: Liegt direkt an der Straße, war aber kein Problem wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren (Lärmschutzfenster)..

And if they could help us to offer us a rum....no problem! The woman...miss.Appesbacher herself was so warm and nice to help us. 35 years later i went back again...now with my wife and little daughter....I recognize the place just like it was! Now miss.Appesbacher daughter, Annemarie, is in charge...same warmth and nice as her Mother! Now I am back again! Now we have a son as well and we stayTwo weeks in a large rum with a little kitchen with a small fridge. A double-sided bed and a cough you can sleep on with two people. Nice bathroom that's big enough. It's clean! The breakfast is our moment of the day! It's really simple but it's so nice to eat your breakfast there... If you like the simple way of doing and want to have a nice place to stay and you wanted a place to sleep and do your day trip's, then you should pick haus Appesbacher for sure! The only negative is that the main road to and from St.Wolfgang is noisy but it's not a deal breaker for me! I will come back again!
