Exceptionally good and very attentive service. One of the best Indian restaurants I've been to. Price performance, especially for Seefeld top.

Das wir insgesamt 3 Stunden im Restaurant waren war nicht dem Umstand geschuldet das wir ein Glas nach dem anderen getrunken haben sondern das der Service unglaublich langsam war. Als wir hinein kamen wurde uns eine schöner Tisch angeboten und dort nahmen wir auch Platz. Bis die ersten Getränke aufgenommen wurden verging schon eine halbe Ewigkeit. Diese ließen auch nicht lang auf sich warten und der Kellner ging fort ohne das er fragte ob wir schon das Essen bestellen wollen. Bis einer der Kellner wieder zu uns kam um die Speisen aufzunehmen waren die ersten Gläser alle schon wieder fast leer den das dauerte auch wieder eine Ewigkeit. Als wir dann endlich unsere Speisen und noch eine Runde Getränke bestellt hatten fing das ganze warten wieder an... Im Großen und Ganzen: die Speisen waren unglaublich lecker aber Zeitstress darf man echt nicht haben... We had planned a birthday dinner here with the family. The fact that we were in the restaurant for a total of 3 hours was not due to the fact that we drank one glass after the other, but that the service was incredibly slow. When we got in we were offered a nice table and we took a seat there. It was an eternity before the first drinks were consumed. These weren't long in coming and the waiter left without asking if we wanted to order the food. Until one of the waiters came back to us to take the food, the first glasses were all almost empty again, which took an eternity again. When we finally ordered our food and another round of drinks, the whole waiting started again ... On the whole: the dishes were incredibly delicious, but you really shouldn't have time stress ...

(It is giving an image that it is a wonderful restaurant because it's in Seefeld, but reality doesn't match the hype) A- Arrogant. (The manager with shaved head is rude. ) V- Variety , but without specialisation. (They have 90+ items, but no expertise in star items like Korma, Biryani, Paneer. Far from authentic Indian taste that I often eat in London. Haveli is not offering authentic Indian flavour(doesn't mean spicy/hot) to good Austrian people. E- Expensive. (It's costlier than all Innsbruck city Indian restaurants . Anyone can compare the menus. ) L- Liar manager. (We had negative Corona result and he refused to let us in saying that without injection Government doesn't allow. 2 days later we called over phone and that day the manager said Negetive test result is passt ! ) I - Ingredients include food colouring. Never orange colour should be used in dishes like Malai Kofta. It should be yellow of Kukurma. Totally strange to see orange colour... I don't want to promote any specific restaurant but definitely there are a few better ones in Innsbruck city. Some locals may like the taste, but it's just like if I make horrible schnitzel and people in UK may like it and believe that that's how schnitzel tastes, but only Austrians can tell the difference ! )
A	Arun Jacob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this place to anyone in the future. It is serving some dishes in the brand name of Indian, but what items have taken doesnot have any matching taste with what we can get it from India or in any other Indian restaurants outside.
l	lukas hammerle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! I loved it, i dont get people complaining about authenticity. Nearly all indian Restaurants have adapted menus for european customers... Stop whining. Service was Great, food was too i can highly recommend it.. Paneer was Great.
