When you order ice tea, the answer comes: No! (and HE continues walking and is not asked for anything else) But otherwise the rooms are fine.

S	Stefan Fleige on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter und unfreundlicher Service habe beim Abendessen nach fehlendem Besteck gefragt das mir dann lieblos gebracht wurde und ich es selber an meinem Platz legen musste Frühstück Buffet sehr lieblos angerichtet alles in allem nicht der Knaller den 1stern musste ich geben weil man sonst nicht Posten kann is es aber nicht wert Very bad and unfriendly service at dinner after missing cutlery asked me then loveless and I had to put it myself in my place Breakfast Buffet very carelessly done all in all not the blast the 1stern I had to give because you can not post is otherwise but not worth it
H	Helga Hoven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren mit Freunden für 4 Tage zu Gast im Gasthof Hauser.Gutes Frühstücksbuffet und leckeres 4 Gang Abendessen,sehr nette Wirtsleute,saubere Zimmer.Leider kein Skikeller um die nassen Skischuhe zu trocknen und die Betten etwas niedrig.Aber ansonsten war Alles O.K. We stayed with friends for 4 days at the Gasthof Hauser. Good breakfast buffet and delicious 4-course dinner, very nice landlords, clean rooms. Unfortunately no ski cellar to dry the wet ski boots and the beds a bit low, but otherwise everything was OK.
P	Pia Reddig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon die Begrüßung war nicht besonders herzlich. Wir wurden direkt darauf hingewiesen, dass Hunde hier eigentlich nicht erlaubt sind. Ich hatte jedoch zuvor extra nachgefragt, ob es in Ordnung ist, wenn wir unseren kleinen Hund mitbringen. Am nächsten Morgen waren unsere Handtücher vom Abend immer noch nass. Beim Frühstück standen auf allen Tischen benutzte Gläser, die scheinbar niemand bemerkte und die auch nicht weggeräumt wurden. Die Heizung war den ganzen Tag aus und es kam auch kein warmes Wasser. Die Luft im Zimmer war kalt und feucht. Für einen Winterurlaub nicht gerade optimal, wenn man sich drinnen nicht einmal aufwärmen kann. Auf Nachfrage, ob es ein Problem mit der Heizung gibt, wurde mir gesagt, dass sie erst um 16 Uhr angestellt wird und das überall auf der Welt so sei. Wir beschlossen am Abend noch abzureisen da der Aufenthalt alles andere als Erholung war. Als wir unseren Schlüssel abgeben wollten und die Gründe nannten wurde uns unterstellt, dass wir nicht in der Lage wären eine Heizung aufzudrehen und zuvor alte Leute in dem Zimmer waren die auch kein Problem hatten. Junge Leute werden in dieser Pension nicht ernst genommen und von respektvollem Umgang kann man auch nicht reden. Ich hätte gerne 0 Sterne gegeben. Even the greeting wasn't particularly warm. We were informed directly that dogs are actually not allowed here. However, I had specifically asked beforehand whether it would be okay for us to bring our little dog. The next morning our towels from the evening were still wet. At breakfast there were used glasses on all the tables, which apparently nobody noticed and which were not put away either. The heating was off all day and there was no hot water. The air in the room was cold and damp. Not exactly ideal for a winter holiday if you can't even warm up inside. When asked if there was a problem with the heating, I was told that it was not turned on until 4 p.m. and that it was the same everywhere in the world. We decided to leave in the evening because the stay was anything but relaxation. When we wanted to hand in our key and gave the reasons, it was assumed that we would not be able to turn on the heating and that there were old people in the room beforehand who also had no problem. Young people are not taken seriously in this pension and one cannot speak of respectful treatment. I would have liked to have given 0 stars.
