S	Sarah Anonym on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liebe SILVIA EH: Auch ich bin eine Kundin bei Nina und selbst Friseurin aus Leidenschaft! Mir wurde Nina vor langer Zeit empfohlen, dies zurecht. Sie ist eine begabte, nette Friseurin! Aus meiner eigenen Erfahrung ist jedoch eine Steckfrisur mit 2 Nadeln und einem Gummiband nicht möglich, deshalb würde ich vorab bei der Wahrheit bleiben!!!! Das nächste schlimme....warum hat du so das Geschäft verlassen wenn du so unglücklich bist. Jede Friseurin fragt nach der Arbeit den Kunden ob es passt. Warum nicht gleich etwas sagen? Fraglich welche Art von Hochzeit deine Tochter hatte, den head banging hält keine Frisur aus. Im nach hinein ist eine Reklamation gerade bei Steckfrisuren sehr schwer zu behandeln vor allem wenn Kunden nicht bei der Wahrheit bleiben und nicht gleich etwas sagen. Würde jeder nach Tagen kommen und eine Steckfrisur reklamieren und das Geld rückerstattet haben wollen, würde ich mir sicher sein das kein Salon mehr diese Dienstleistung anbietet da es sonst ein minus Geschäft sein würde! Zum Glück weiß ich Ninas Arbeit zu schätzen und freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch bei ihr! Dear * SILVIA EH *: I too am a customer of Nina and myself a passionate hairdresser! Nina was recommended to me a long time ago, and rightly so. She is a talented, nice hairdresser! From my own experience, however, a peg hairstyle with 2 needles and a rubber band is not possible, so I would stick to the truth in advance !!!! The next bad ... why did you leave the business like this when you are so unhappy. Every hairdresser asks the customer after work if it fits. Why not say something right away? No matter what kind of wedding your daughter had, the head banging can't stand a hairstyle. In retrospect, a complaint is very difficult to deal with, especially when it comes to hairstyles, especially if customers don't stick to the truth and don't say something straight away. If everyone would come after days and claim a hairstyle and have the money refunded, I would be sure that no salon would offer this service anymore, otherwise it would be a minus business! Fortunately, I appreciate Nina's work and look forward to visiting her again!
S	Silvia Eh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friseurin Nina hat mir für die Hochzeit meiner Tochter eine Hochsteckfrisur gemacht - leider hat sich die bereits beim 1. Tanz aufgelöst!!! Als ich sie darauf angesprochen habe, meinte sie nur, dass ich die Hochsteckfrisur dich "locker" wollte. Die Frisur war lediglich mit 2 Haarnadeln und einem Gummiband befestigt. 35,00 Euro für eine Frisur die keine 5 Minuten Tanz übersteht ist eine Frechheit. Leider gab es bei der Reklamation keinerlei Verständnis, weder von Nina noch von der Filialleitung. Sehr enttäuschend!! Eine Dienstleistung anzubieten, die nicht beherrscht wird und dann nicht mal einsichtig zu sein. Die einzige Aussage der Leitung dazu: "Wir sind offensichtlich nicht der richtige Friseur für Sie." DAS WEISS ICH JETZT AUCH ;-) Hairdresser Nina me has made an updo for my daughter's wedding - unfortunately, has already dissolved the first dance !!! When I have asked about it, she just said that I wanted the updo you "loose". The hairstyle was only fixed with two hairpins and a rubber band. 35.00 euros for a hairstyle that does not survive a 5 minute dance is a cheek. Unfortunately, there was in the complaint no understanding, neither Nina nor by the Branch Manager. Very disappointing!! to offer a service that is not controlled, and then not to be times insightful. The management's only statement: "We are obviously not the right hairdresser for you." THE DO I KNOW NOW ALSO ;-)
