Ich war überrascht von der Freundlichkeit des Personals und dem prompten Service. Ich möchte auch anmerken, dass es eine sehr gute Auswahl an interessanten schönen Uhren gibt. Ich kann dieses Geschäft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Danke fürs Batteriewechseln...das war nämlich gratis! Before Christmas I bought my dream watch from Frior and now I had to have the battery replaced. I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff and the prompt service. I would also like to note that there is a very good selection of interesting beautiful watches. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks for changing the batteries ... it was free!
F	Fanny Berner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mir wurde ein kaputtes Ausstellungsstück verkauft, welches ich nachher noch zwei Mal reparieren lassen musste. Die Dame und der Herr, die mich bedient haben, waren beide sehr unhöflich und ich habe mich überaus unwohl gefühlt. Außerdem bietet FRIOR Uhren doppelt so teuer an, wie sie sonst am Markt zu bekommen sind. Alles in allem eine sehr unangenehme, unschöne Erfahrung. Mich werden Sie als Kundin nie wieder sehen! I was sold a broken exhibit, which I had to have repaired two more times afterwards. The lady and gentleman who served me were both very rude and made me extremely uncomfortable. In addition, FRIOR offers watches twice as expensive as they are otherwise available on the market. All in all, a very uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. You will never see me again as a customer!

Found an incredibly rude vendor (owner?) mistreating even his own assistant, a young girl who looked a mix of scared and bored and obviously didn't want to be there. I was told not to touch the watch nor wear it properly before I buy it (first time this happened to me, and I bought... many watches!). Last but not least, the watch I bought was overpriced by circa 90-100 EUR - which I have discovered later. But that's just my fault when I rely on a random shop.

I tried on a watch and asked when they were closing because I wanted to think about before I bought the watch. Then the guy who worked there ripped the watch off my wrist and starter shouting and got angry, 0 to 100 real quick. Definetely avoid this shop!

However the owner was very pushy about selling me a pair 5 minutes before closing. That left a bad impression and ultimately I didn't buy because of his attitude - even though I really liked those watches.
