1	169847 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da unsere WM vom einen auf den anderen Tag gestreikt hat (hat sich nicht mehr gedreht) und wir diese bei der Fa. Hofko gekauft hatten (vor 9 Jahren) baten wir telefonisch um Hilfe, bzw. um Auskunft, ob sich eine Reparatur überhaupt noch lohnen würde. Sofort, nach kurzer Schilderung der aufgetretenen Probleme, stellte die MA der Firma den Verdacht auf, dass die Motorkohle fertig sein könnte. Somit würde sich eine Reparatur lohnen. (Die 2 Stück Motorkohle kosten €38,-). Nach kurzem Gespräch über Anfahrtskosten (ca. 20km) - war mir doch lieber, dass ich selbst eine Reparatur versuchen würde, nach Ausbau der Motorkohle stellte sich der Verdacht als richtig heraus, ich holte die neue - Einbau - und die WM läuft wieder super. Vielen Dank, es zeugt absolut von Kundenorientiertheit, wenn eine Reparatur selbst möglich ist (und man sich diese Zutraut) - man von der Firma Tips bekommt, und besonders zeugt der richtige Verdacht auf die Motorkohle, dass die MA der Fa. Hofko gut geschult sind. Vielen Dank fürs Helfen beim Geld sparen, wir kommen wieder (hoffentlich nicht all zu bald :-) ). Since our World Cup has striked from one day to another (has not turned) and we had bought this at the company Hofko (9 years ago) we asked by phone for help, or to provide information, if a repair at all would be worthwhile. Immediately, after briefly describing the problems that had arisen, the MA suspected that the engine cowl might be ready. Thus, a repair would be worthwhile. (The 2 pieces of engine coal cost € 38, -). After a short conversation about journey costs (about 20km) - I preferred that I would try a repair myself, after removing the engine cowl, the suspicion turned out to be correct, I brought the new - installation - and the World Cup is running great again. Thank you very much, it testifies absolutely of customer orientation, if a repair itself is possible (and one this entrustment) - one gets from the company Tips, and especially testifies the correct suspicion on the motor carbon, that the MA of the company Hofko are well trained , Thanks for helping to save money, we will be back (hopefully not too soon :-)).

Frau hat extra dafür ein Tag Urlaub genommen. Dann am Donnerstag kurz nach 8 Uhr Anruf.."es geht nicht...Techniker ist krank..erst wieder am Mittwoch.. ". Weder "es tut uns leid" noch sonst irgendeine Art Entschuldigung. Es hat etwa so geklungen,als ob ich 100 Euro leihen wollte, und man bietet mir 60-"friss oder stirb"..das man speziell dafür Urlaub genommen hat, ist denen komplett egal. Wenn es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt, dann würde ich mit Hofko vorher schriftlichen Vertrag machen,aber grundsätzlich empfehle ich diese Firma nicht! I called on Monday for an appointment, and it was agreed that someone would come on Thursday at around 9:00. So far so good. The wife took a day off especially for this. Then on Thursday shortly after 8 o'clock call .. "It doesn't work ... Technician is sick .. not again until Wednesday ..". No "sorry" or any other kind of apology. It sounded like I wanted to borrow 100 euros, and they offer me 60- "eat or die" .. they don't care that you took a vacation especially for that. If there is no other option, then I would make a written contract with Hofko beforehand, but in principle I do not recommend this company!

After a long search the only shop in Innsbruck that had motor coals for my Siemens washing machine in stock! : D And on top of that, very friendly!
