Wir haben total abgenutzte Stühle im Esszimmer vorgefunden, der Esstisch war mit Panzerband abgeklebt, verrostete Balkonstühle. Die Betten und Kissen sind unbequem. Von hochwertiger qualitativer Ausstattung kann nicht die Rede sein. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. In einem der Schlafzimmer lässt sich die Schranktür nicht öffnen, weil da eine kleine Kommode direkt davor steht. Im Gäste-WC fehlte die Klobürste. Ich könnte jetzt noch weitere Mängel aufzählen. In der Beschreibung wird die Wohnung als "ruhig" beschrieben. Das stimmt überhaupt nicht, man hört sowohl die Schnellstraße hinter dem Haus als auch die Hauptstraße vor dem Haus. Ruhiges Frühstück oder Abendstunden auf dem Balkon kann man also nicht genießen. Insgesamt ist die Lage aber zentral, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wen also die abgenutze Ausstattung und der Lärm nicht stört, kann dieses Apartment buchen. Wir würden jedenfalls hier nicht wieder buchen und es nicht weiterempfehlen. We stayed in this apartment in August 2021 and were very disappointed. We found totally worn out chairs in the dining room, the dining table was taped with duct tape, rusted balcony chairs. The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. There can be no talk of high quality equipment. The balcony door did not close properly. In one of the bedrooms the cabinet door cannot be opened because there is a small chest of drawers directly in front of it. The toilet brush was missing in the guest toilet. I could now list other shortcomings. In the description, the apartment is described as "quiet". That's not true at all, you can hear both the expressway behind the house and the main road in front of the house. So you can't enjoy a quiet breakfast or evenings on the balcony. Overall, however, the location is central, and a lot is within walking distance. So if you don't mind the worn out furnishings and the noise, you can book this apartment. In any case, we would not book here again and would not recommend it.
