Habe zur Zeit keinen Drucker da meine Firma durch Corona gesperrt ist und habe !höflich! gefragt ob sie mir das ausdrucken können. Wollte dafür natürlich bezahlen und selbst dann waren sie nicht bereit kundenfreundlich zu sein sondern "Sowas fangen wir gar nicht erst an". Ist nicht das erste mal dass sie unfreundlich sind... hätte es besser wissen müssen, dass hier meine höfliche Anfrage fehl am Platz ist. Ich werde mich auch nicht mehr um höfliche Umgangsformen bemühen, wenn ich mal wieder zwangsweise ein Paket abholen muss. So nebenbei haben sie echt bescheidene Öffnungszeiten für einen Paketshop. Super unfriendly service. DPD return slip is only possible if you print it out yourself. Do not have a printer at the moment because my company is blocked by Corona and have been polite !! asked if you can print it out to me. Of course I wanted to pay for it and even then they weren't ready to be customer-friendly but "we don't even start something like that". Isn't the first time that they are rude ... should have known better that my polite request is out of place here. I will also no longer bother with polite manners if I have to collect a parcel again. By the way, they have really modest opening hours for a parcel shop.

Die Experten von F.u.M. Kampel haben das Fahrzeug professionell geborgen, es entstanden nicht einmal kleinste Schäden am LKW noch am Grundstück. Lieber gleich zum Profi als selber Schäden riskieren. Danke an das ganze Team von Kampel! The truck is greased on the side of a dirt road, there was no possibility of recovery without massive damage to the vehicle and neighboring property. The experts at F.u.M. Kampel have salvaged the vehicle professionally, there was not even the slightest damage to the truck or the property. Better to go straight to a professional than risk damage yourself. Thanks to the whole Kampel team!
