Im Mai wurde dann trotz schlechten Wetters die Module montiert und in Betrieb genommen. Die PV Anlage hat 14 Modulen und einen Fronius WR mit 5 KW. Es ist in unserer Zeit nicht selbstverständlich von solchen Profis umsorgt zu werden. Jede Frage wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet, fehlende Teile sofort zu Verfügung gestellt. Ich kann diese Firma wirklich jedem der eine PV Anlage mit Null Problemen installieren will ans Herz legen. In February 21, I received competent advice from EPP and the system was pre-planned and dimensioned. In May, despite the bad weather, the modules were installed and put into operation. The PV system has 14 modules and a Fronius WR with 5 KW. In our time it is not a matter of course to be looked after by such professionals. Every question was answered within a very short time, and missing parts were made available immediately. I can really recommend this company to anyone who wants to install a PV system with zero problems.

Der Ablauf von der Terminvereinbarung bis zur Wiederinbetriebnahme der Anlage erfolgte rasch und völlig unproblematisch. Der Austausch wurde professionell und innerhalb kurzer Zeit (nur 1 Std. Arbeitszeit) durchgeführt. Ich kann die Firma elektro-epp als Servicepartner von E3/DC bestens weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für den professionellen Einsatz. Dabei sind wir von E3/DC-Deutschland auf die Firma EPP Gmbh verwiesen worden, wo der persönliche Kontakt (Hrn. Pölzlbauer jun.), der Preis und die Leistung gepasst haben. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass das gesamten Förderantrag-Prozedere von A bis Z von der Firma EPP übernommen wurde. Die örtlichen Gegebenheiten wurden bei einem persönlichen Besuch des Chefs eingesehen und danach ein Angebot erstellt. Nach Lieferung der Anlage durch die Spedition wurde ein Termin für die Installation der Anlage vereinbart. Die Installation verlief reibungslos, auf meine Wünsche wurde eingegangen und die Bedienung einfach und verständlich erklärt. Nachträgliche Fragen wurden kompetent und schnell geklärt. Super Service, ein Familienbetrieb halt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Upon request from E3DC GmbH, EPP was recommended to us as an installation and service partner for my residential area (south-east Styria) and we were not disappointed. The local conditions were viewed during a personal visit by the boss and an offer was then made. After the system was delivered by the shipping company, an appointment was made for the system to be installed. The installation went smoothly, my wishes were met and the operation was explained in a simple and understandable manner. Subsequent questions were answered quickly and competently. Great service, a family business. I can only recommend.
