Aí resolvo ir pessoalmente e simplesmente me atendem por interfone e nem tentaram me receber para que eu pudesse explicar a minha situação, sendo que, na porta estava escrito "sem aviso prévio". Sem palavras, muito horrível a minha experiência por lá. Simply horrible! I tried to call and always listen to music and then the connection drops. I sent emails and no reply. Then I decide to go in person and they simply attend me through the intercom and they didn't even try to receive me so I could explain my situation, and the door was written "without prior notice". Without words, my experience there is very horrible.

All employees I have dealt with were always very kind and extremely professional, as well as very much willing to help and solve issues or to simply deliver an efficient service. Few names I remember and would like to praise: Diogo, Nilza and Siegfried. A big thank you to them and everyone there who are achieving excellence.
