Mir ist mein Fernsehgerät kaputt gegangen und ich habe mich auf die Suche nach einem Neugerät gemacht. Ich habe dann auch ein Gerät von Sony gefunden von dem ich überzeugt bin das es passt. bei der Suche nach dem günstigsten Preis bin ich ganz anders als erwartet auf einen RedZac Händler in unmittelbarer Nähe gekommen. ich habe das Gerät Online bei RedZac gekauft und die Firma Elektro Karrer in OÖ. St. Florian ist ausliefernder Händler. Prompt am nächsten Tag habe ich auch schon meine Bestellbestätigung erhalten. Eine halbe Stunde später kam auch schon die Versandbestätigung. Noch ein paar Stunden habe ich von der Fa. Karrer eine e mail erhalten das ich zu diesem Gerät eine kostenlose Garantie Verlängerung auf 5 Jahre bekommen. I then found a device from Sony that I am convinced will fit. When looking for the cheapest price, I came across a RedZac dealer in the immediate vicinity, quite differently than expected. I bought the device online from RedZac and bought the company Elektro Karrer in Upper Austria. St. Florian is a delivering dealer. I received my order confirmation promptly the next day. Half an hour later the shipping confirmation came. For a few more hours I received an e-mail from Karrer that I would get a free warranty extension to 5 years for this device. Am nächsten Tag am Vormittag telefonisch eine neue gewählt am Nachmittag wurde bereits geliefert, angeschlossen und die alte abtransportiert. Besser geht es nicht. Super friendly, competent and lightning fast. We'll shop here more often. Our washing machine broke. The next day in the morning a new one dialed by phone in the afternoon was already delivered, connected and the old one was taken away. It couldn't be better.
