Null Beratung, Null Service dafür 100 Prozent Arroganz A single seller, you wait forever! Then he tries to turn on an expensive phone. Zero advice, zero service for 100 percent arrogance
b	babs wagner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Hilfsbereitschaft und soziale Inkompetenz bei einem Problem, dass von "3" verursacht wurde (was ja auch passieren kann...). Ich würde mir dann ein Entgegenkommen erwarten, zumal man von der Serviceline an einen Shop verwiesen wird. Der junge Herr war am 9.7.2018 dort im Dienst und würde ich nicht schon über 10 Jahre Kunde sein, wäre dieser Mitarbeiter ein sofortiger Vertragskündigungsgrund für mich! No willingness to help and social incompetence with a problem that was caused by "3" (which can also happen ...). I would then expect to be accommodated, especially since the service line refers you to a shop. The young man was on duty there on July 9th, 2018 and if I hadn't been a customer for more than 10 years, this employee would be an immediate reason to terminate my contract!

Ich bat um ein kostengünstiges Telefon und er bietet mir eines um knapp 400 Euro an. Da kommt man sich etwas auf den Arm genommen vor You wait forever because there is only one seller. Aber in letzter Zeit ist es etwas besser geworden.Ich hoffe dass ich das ändert und dass der Kunde wieder im Mittelpunkt steht und die Beratung. Statt Hilfe werden einen neuen Verträge Angeboten obwohl das Gerät keine 4 Monate alt ist. Wenn man Glück hat kommt man an einen netten Verkäufer der sich bemüht, und bei weniger Glück an einen dem der Kunde egal ist Unfortunately, the waiting times are extremely long, and in some cases the sellers or consultants cannot be a shame. Ja ok, nur ein Verkäufer aber da muss man verstehen das wenn man gut beraten werden will die hinteren ein wenig warten müssen. Ich wurde wirklich perfekt beraten und kann nichts an dem Verkäufer aussetzen. Er hat auch wirklich versucht das ganze zügig abzuwickeln. Aber gut Ding braucht Weile und hab weder am Shop noch an Herrn Daniel (Verkäufer) etwas auszusetzen. Von mir 5 Sterne !!!!!!!!!! Just been there. Don't understand the bad comments. Yes, ok, only a seller but you have to understand that if you want good advice, the rear have to wait a little. I was given perfect advice and cannot fault the seller. He really tried to handle the whole thing quickly. But good things take time and have nothing to complain about either in the shop or in Mr. Daniel (seller). 5 stars from me !!!!!!!!!!
