Vom Zahnarzt selbst hätte ich mir etwas mehr Zeit für die Beratung gewünscht und ebenso für die Zahnkontrolle. Very nice assistants who do their job very conscientiously. From the dentist I would have wanted a little more time for the consultation and also for the dental check.
t	tanja Kurz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ war nun 15 jahre patientin.. war immer zufrieden.. doch seit ein paar monaten gestaltet sich allein eine terminvereinbarung sooo schwierig dass ich nun wechseln werde/muss. entweder es läuft der anrufbeantworter dass nur zwischen 8 und 11 uhr telefondienst stattfindet und keiner geht ran (selbst wenn man um 10 anruft) oder es kommt einfach die ansage.. ja wir haben derzeit ordination, aber trotzdem gibt es im moment keinen telefonischen kontakt ??‍♀️ nach mind 5 versuchen an verschiedenen tagen ist es mir einfach zu blöd geworden.. schade ??‍♀️ was now a patient for 15 years .. was always satisfied .. but for a few months just making an appointment has been so difficult that I will / have to change now. Either the answering machine is running that the telephone service is only available between 8 and 11 a.m. and nobody answers (even if you call at 10) or the announcement simply comes ... yes, we currently have ordination, but there is still no telephone contact at the moment ? ?‍♀️ after at least 5 attempts on different days it just got too stupid for me .. too bad ??‍♀️

Die notwendigen Spritzen: ein einziger Albtraum. Gestern, bei Herrn Dr. Sandbichler, war alles ganz anders. Meine gestrige schlaflose, von Angst geprägte Nacht vor Spritzen war überflüssig, weil ich von diesen so gut wie überhaupt nichts gespürt habe, was für mich noch immer unfassbar ist. Diese angenehme Art, die Vorgänge verständlich zu erklären, effizient zu arbeiten, einfach das beste für Patienten herauszuholen ist einfach überragend! Das gesamte Assistenten-Team "schlägt in dieselbe Kerbe" und ich möchte mich bei Ihnen herzlich bedanken !!! ?????Danke für Ihre Zeit und die perfekte Arbeit, die Sie immer "liefern" ! ??? I'm still flashed. I have been sitting on dentist chairs for ages that I think back to with shuddering. The necessary syringes: a single nightmare. Yesterday, at Dr. Sandbichler, everything was very different. My sleepless, fearful night of injections yesterday was superfluous because I felt almost nothing from them, which is still incomprehensible to me. This pleasant way of explaining the processes in an understandable way, working efficiently and simply getting the best out of the patient is simply outstanding! The entire team of assistants is "on the same page" and I would like to thank you very much !!! ?????Thank you for your time and the perfect job that you always "deliver"! ???
