★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Frau am Empfang war sehr unfreundlich, müsste 1st lang warten obwohl ich ein Termin hatte, in Warte Bereich waren gezählt 26 Personen da kann man keine Abstand mehr halten
Frau Doktor war Freundlich aber für dass dass ich in 6 Monat schwanger bin und nur eine Untersuchung Gebrauch habe was nicht ein Mal 5 min gedauert hat, 1st warten ist eine Frechheit.
The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly, would have to wait a long time even though I had an appointment, there were 26 people in the waiting area, so you can no longer keep your distance
The doctor was friendly but for the fact that I will be 6 months pregnant and only have one examination use which did not even take 5 minutes, 1st wait is a cheek.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorab möchte ich erwähnen das sich die Kritik an die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen der Ordination bezieht.
Herr und Frau Dr. Froschauer sind meiner Meinung nach super Hausärzte. Haben immer ein Ohr für die Patienten und sind sehr bemüht.
Leider muss ich immer wieder mich über die zwei Ordinationsmitarbeiterinnen ärgern.
Sind nicht Patientenorientiert und übertreffen alle Art der unfreundlichkeit. Die Ordination soll ohne Termin nicht betreten werden, wenn man aber anruft versucht man es vergebens. Wenn man es nach stundenlangen Versuchen geschafft habe wird man am Telefon abgewimmelt, besonders wenn man der deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig ist.
Meiner Meinung nach haben die Damen ihren Beruf verfehlt.

Unfortunately, I have to keep getting annoyed about the two receptionists.
Are not patient-oriented and surpass all kinds of unfriendliness. The ordination should not be entered without an appointment, but if you call, you try in vain. If you've made it after hours of trying, you'll be turned away on the phone, especially if you don't speak German.
In my opinion, the ladies have failed in their profession.
