Zuerst einmal muss man die Praxis suchen weil sie in nicht ordentlich gekennzeichnet ist, dann im Warteraum ist weder eine Sekretärin oder sonst was wo man sich anmelden kann. Hatte einen Termin um 9:30 um 10:15 wartet ich immer noch und es war noch ein Herr vor mir, bis mir der Geduldsfaden gerissen ist und ich dann wider nachhause gefahren bin. Ganz ehrlich kann man gleich zu einem Kassenarzt gehen wartet man wahrscheinlich bei einem Termin weniger lang und wird von der Kasse übernommen. Der Arzt kann wahrscheinlich nichts dafür, aber die Sekretärin meiner Meinung nach was mir den Termin gegeben hat ist Geschäftsschädigend. Für eine Privatambulanz nicht akzeptabel. Das ist meine Meinung. Is a joke for an elective / private practice. First of all you have to look for the practice because it is not properly marked, then there is no secretary in the waiting room or anything else where you can register. I had an appointment at 9:30 at 10:15 and I was still waiting and there was still a man in front of me until my patience broke and I then drove home. Honestly, you can go straight to a health insurance company and you will probably have to wait less for an appointment and be taken over by the health insurance company. The doctor probably can't help it, but the secretary in my opinion what gave me the appointment is damaging to the business. Not acceptable for a private clinic. This is my opinion.

Sehr kompetent, freundlich und keine Wartezeit, was ich sehr angenehm fand. Würde ich immer wieder als 1. Wahl nehmen wann ich HNO Probleme habe! Dr. Hofer nimmt sich viel Zeit, die Dinge zu erklären. Jederzeit wieder! 1st treatment in December 2020, get an appointment at very short notice. The search was in vain in Innsbruck.
