Keinerlei Einfühlungsvermögen, genervte Kommentare und eine überhebliche Art Professionally, Dr. Stieldorf may be good, but dealing with patients, especially children, is terrifying! No empathy, annoyed comments and an arrogant manner

Die Assistentinnen waren bei meinem Besuch extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, obwohl es leider ein paar Leute gab, die sich einfach nicht an die Corona-Vorschriften halten wollten. Dr. Stieldorf ist sehr kompetent - ich fühle mich hier bestens aufgehoben, vorbehaltlose Weiterempfehlung. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the practice is perfectly and smoothly organized. The assistants were extremely friendly and helpful during my visit, although unfortunately there were a few people who just didn't want to adhere to the Corona regulations. Dr. Stieldorf is very competent - I feel that I'm in good hands here, unreserved recommendation.

Dr. Stieldorf mag als Ärztin sicher gut sein, aber den richtigen Umgang mit Patienten, vorallem mit Kindern, muss sie erst noch lernen! Ich hatte jetzt schon mehrmals meine Erfahrungen mit ihr und auch den Assistentinnen gemacht, aber jetzt hat es mir gereicht. Es sind immer lange Wartezeiten, trotz Termin Vergabe und man wird dort "von oben herab" behandelt. Ich habe meinen nächsten Termin bei ihr abgesagt und mir eine neue, freundliche und kompetente Augenärztin gesucht. I actually rarely write a review, but in this case I have to. Dr. Stieldorf may be good as a doctor, but she has yet to learn how to properly deal with patients, especially children! I had already made my experiences with her and the assistants several times, but now it was enough for me. There are always long waiting times, despite appointments and you are treated "from above". I canceled my next appointment with her and looked for a new, friendly and competent ophthalmologist.

Sehr zu empfehlen, v.a bei ängstlichen Kindern! Very, very friendly team and great handling of the little ones. My doctor-shy child underwent the MKP examination without any major problems! Highly recommended, especially for anxious children!
