Die Räumlichkeiten sind freundlich inklusive Kinderspielecke. Good, competent and empathetic ? You are greeted very humanely and friendly when you register. The premises are friendly, including a children's play area.

Telefon hieß es kein Problem, dann stand ich beider Apotheke, doch ein Problem, nix da. Wieder angerufen ins der Praxis, wurde mir gesagt sie sei noch nicht dazugekommen, sei aber jetzt erledigt. Aktualisierung ist auf elga auch zu sehen, Apotheke kann Rezept aber immer noch nicht abrufen. Erst beim DRITTEN Anruf aus der Apotheke dann meint Frau Dr. , ohne dass der Patient persönlich bei ihr war, kann sie ihm das nicht verschreiben......Sehr gut dass ich das dann auch mal erfahre....wir fahren dann halt mal wo anders hin. To represent our family doctor, we would have needed a prescription, the drug had already been prescribed several times beforehand. Telephone was no problem, then I was at the pharmacy, but a problem, nothing there. Called again to the practice, I was told she hadn't come yet, but was now done. The update can also be seen on elga, but the pharmacy still cannot retrieve the prescription. Only when the THIRD call from the pharmacy then says Dr. without the patient being with her personally, she cannot prescribe this ...... Very good that I will find out about that one time ... we'll just go somewhere else.
