★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manchmal genervte Arzthelferinnen, freundlicher Arzt, der aber scheinbar permanent überfordert zu sein scheint. Dies hängt auch mit der Masse an Patienten, die seine Praxis frequentieren zusammen. 3-Minutengespräche sind die Regel. Schade, denn er hat Fähigkeiten, die er aber leider nicht wirklich auszuschöpfen kann
Sometimes annoyed medical assistants, friendly doctor who seems to be constantly overwhelmed. This is also related to the large number of patients who frequent his practice. 3-minute calls are the norm. It's a shame, because he has skills that he unfortunately can't really exploit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arzt ist super, die Dame an der Ordination allerdings nicht so. Meldest dich mit Kindern an, sie notiert nur eines und kriegst dann dafür „ärger“. Machst extra einen Coronatest und kommst dadurch 5 Minuten zu spät, wirst angemault und absichtlich mit 2 kranken Kindern ewig sitzen gelassen. Das nächste Mal gehen wir einfach ohne Test hin. Wenn dann einer von uns irgendwas hat, können wir wenigstens sagen, dass wir pünktlich waren.
Doctor is great, the lady at the ordination but not so. Present yourself with children, listed only one and then get for it "worse". Make an extra one Corona test and come by 5 minutes late going, barked and deliberately ill with 2 children forever jilted. Next time, we just go out without test. Then, when one of us does something, we can at least say that we were on time.
