C	Charlette Grace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Horrormäßiger Ort! Ich hatte nicht eine gute Erfahrung dort bis ich endlich nie wieder hin musste. Assistentin brüllt einen an und reißt auf dir und in deinem Mund herum als wäre es sonst was. Draht ins Zahnfleisch oder in die Wange gestochen zu bekommen macht nicht allzu viel Spaß, auch wenn das den Angestellten nicht besonders bewusst zu sein scheint. Schmerzen werden generell einfach ignoriert. Ist man minderjährig, kann man sich darauf einstellen, dass Herr Doktor sich nicht eine Sekunde Zeit nehmen wird um mit einem zu reden. Meine Bitte und Empfehlung an alle: Burn this place. Nein aber ehrlich, geht da nicht hin, es ist schrecklich. Es gibt Kieferorthopäden, die ungezwungen freundlich sind und Kunden schätzen und verstehen. Diese Praxis gehört nur absolut nicht dazu. Sucht euch etwas besseres. Beinahe alles ist besser. A horrible place! I did not have a good experience there until I finally never had to go back. Assistant yells at you and tears on you and in your mouth as if it were something else. It does not get much fun to pinch your gums or cheek, even if it does not seem to be very conscious of the employee. Pain is generally simply ignored. If you are a minor, you can be prepared for the fact that the doctor will not take a second to talk to you. My request and recommendation to all: burn this place. No, but honestly, do not go there, it's awful. There are orthodontists who are informally friendly and appreciate and understand customers. This practice is not absolutely necessary. Seek something better. Almost everything is better.

Alle Angestellten waren immer freundlich zu mir, ich wurde über alle Behandlungen aufgeklärt und musste fast nie länger als 5 min auf meinen Termin warten. Die Behandlung an sich war auch ausgezeichnet. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden und mir wurde bei Problemen oder Fragen auch immer sofort geholfen. Die schlechte Rezension kann ich ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht verstehen, ich wurde nie angebrüllt oder unfreundlich behandelt. Außerdem waren alle bei den Behandlungen immer vorsichtig, manche Prozeduren tun leider etwas weh oder sind unangenehm (Stichwort: Abdrücke). Ich selbst war bei Behandlungsbeginn auch noch minderjährig, trotzdem wurde mir alles immer ganz genau erklärt und Herr Dr. Pilarz hat sich auch immer Zeit genommen wenn ich Fragen hatte. Ich kann diese Ordination nach langjähriger Behandlung deswegen zu 100% empfehlen. I can only really say good things about the ordination. All the staff were always friendly to me, I was cleared up about all the treatments and almost never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. The treatment itself was excellent. I am very satisfied with the result and I was always helped immediately with problems or questions. To be honest, I can not understand the bad review at all, I was never yelled or treated rude. In addition, all were always careful with the treatments, some procedures unfortunately hurt a bit or are uncomfortable (keyword: imprints). I myself was still underage at the beginning of treatment, but everything was always explained to me very precisely and Dr. med. Pilarz always took his time when I had questions. I can recommend this ordination after many years of treatment to 100%.

Die Ordinationsassistentinnen besonders die junge, unfreundlich . Fragen werden oberflächlich erklärt . Unfreundlicher Blick - man wird gar nicht richtig angeschaut. Furchtbar - keine soziale Kompetenzen mit Menschen / Patientenumgang . Umschulung erforderlich- dringend! Man fühlt sich dadurch sehr unwohl! Doctor TOP! Takes the time and the explanations are also very pleasant for the children - easy language. The ordination assistants especially the young, unfriendly. Questions are explained superficially. Unfriendly look - you are not really looked at at all. Terrible - no social skills with people / dealing with patients. Retraining required - urgent! It makes you feel very uncomfortable!

Die Wartezeiten in der Praxis sind SEHR gering und das ganze Team ist nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben! Sehr empfehlenswert! Fast and competent treatment of my misaligned teeth. The result is very nice! The waiting times in the practice are VERY short and the whole team is nice and courteous. You feel in good hands! Highly recommended!

I	Izzy Stevens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei früheren Terminen war der Arzt sehr gut. Leider ist anscheinend die Assistentin am Telefon unmöglich. Hatte Schmerzen aufgrund eines locker gewordenen Drahtes vor dem Wochenende. Rief am Montag an und bat um einen Termin zur Behebung. Trotz Schmerzen und der Info, daß ich nicht essen kann weil der Draht in die Zunge sticht und diese anschwillt, wurde mir ein Termin 1,5 Wochen später gegeben. Als ich nach 3 Tagen nochmal anfragte kam keine Antwort und ich habe zu einem anderen Arzt gewechselt, der mir sofort geholfen hat und mich innerhalb von Minuten von den Schmerzen befreit hat. Nach 1 Woche rief die besagte Assistentin an und fragte patzig nach ob ich mein Problem wohl schon in den Griff bekommen habe.... Als ich meinen Unmut äußerte, wurde einfach aufgelegt. Schade, der Arzt ist gut, aber mit solche Angestellten... Ich habe nun komplett gewechselt, für alle weiteren Behandlungen. In previous appointments, the doctor was very good. Unfortunately, apparently, the assistant on the phone is impossible. Was in pain from a loose wire before the weekend. Called Monday and asked for an appointment to fix it. Despite the pain and the information that I could not eat because the wire stuck in my tongue and it swelled, I was given an appointment 1.5 weeks later. When I asked again after 3 days there was no answer and I switched to another doctor who helped me immediately and relieved me of the pain within minutes. After 1 week said assistant called and asked snotty if I had gotten my problem under control.... When I expressed my displeasure, they just hung up. It's a shame, the doctor is good, but with such staff... I've now switched completely for all further treatments.
