R	R SE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren heute auf ein Glas Wein und Tapas vor Ort. Ich kann die vielen schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende sehr gut und die Tapas zum Wein waren lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Went for a glass of wine and tapas today. I can not confirm the many bad reviews. The service was very good from start to finish and the tapas with the wine were tasty and beautifully presented.
C	Carina Deuschl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mit Abstand der miserarbelste Service den wir je erlebt haben! Gleich am Anfang wurde uns ein Aperetiv aufgedrückt (0.1l)-Kosten am Ende pro Glas: 7,90€! Danach hatten wir keine Möglichkeit mehr Getränke zu bestellen da kein Blickkontakt zu den Kellnern hergestellt werden konnte, weder noch wurden wir gefragt ob wir noch etwas Trinken wollen. Essen wurde nur kurz hergestellt- wieder keine Nachfrage ob alles in Ordnung sei. Ein bestellter Salat wurde einfach vergessen und der Wunsch nach Ketchup wurde einfach ignoriert. Nach über einer Stunde hatten wir immer noch keine Getränke außer unseren Aperetiv. Teller wurden bis zum Verlassen des Lokals nicht abgeräumt. Am Ende wurde nur noch die Rechnung hergeklatscht. Also absolut nicht weiterzuempehlen! By far the worst service we have ever experienced! Right at the beginning, we were given an aperitif (0.1l) -cost at the end per glass: € 7.90! After that we had no more possibility to order drinks because no eye contact could be made with the waiters, neither were we asked if we wanted to have another drink. Food was only made for a short time - again no demand whether everything was in order. An ordered salad was simply forgotten and the request for ketchup was simply ignored. After over an hour we still had no drinks except for our aperitif. Plates were not cleared away until they left the restaurant. In the end, only the bill was slapped. So absolutely not to be recommended!

Ob das gegessen wird oder nicht ändert nichts an der Tatsache, das es ohne Bemerkung auf die Rechnung kommt. Als Gast fühlt man sich verarscht. Without ordering or prior notice, a “greeting from the kitchen” is placed in your seat. Whether it is eaten or not does not change the fact that it is added to the bill without comment. As a guest you feel cheated.

Zum Glück haben wir uns dieses Mal dagegen entschieden. Vielleicht hatten die negativen Feedbacker auch einfach einen schlechten Tag erwischt. Wir wurden umgehend zum Tisch gebracht, Getränke sofort aufgenommen und gebracht. Zwischendurch wurden wir immer gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Essen hat eine super Qualität, die Suppe wird am Tisch eingeschüttet und einen Gruß aus der Küche gibt es auch was kein Standard ist. Dafür zahlt man aber auch was mehr. Das einzige was uns negativ aufgefallen ist war der Posten Gedeck mit jeweils 3,50 auf der Rechnung. Daher besser das Trinkgeld sparen? Wir würden aber immer wieder dort essen. Like many others, we like to be guided by reviews, especially if you are new to the area. Luckily we decided against it this time. Maybe the negative feedbackers just had a bad day. We were immediately brought to the table, drinks were taken and brought immediately. In between we were always asked if everything was ok. The food is of great quality, the soup is poured out at the table and there is also a greeting from the kitchen, which is not standard. But you pay a little more for that. The only thing we noticed negatively was the item cover with 3.50 each on the bill. So better save the tip? But we would eat there again and again.

A	Aloysius Pendergast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. The place is 10% occupied, 5 minutes after been seated were we asked what we would like to drink. Twenty-three minutes later we are still waiting. The three waiters taking their time to tend the guests from time to time.
