E	Elmar Barang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Navigation auf der Website fühlt sich an als wäre man ins Jahr 1995 zurückversetzt worden. Um banalste Order auszuführen muss man viel Geduld mitbringen... Und das ständige Cookie-löschen um Zugang zum eigenen Depot zu bekommen wird mit der Zeit auch mühsam. Die Videolegitimation war mehr als holprig und musste 3 Mal (!!!) ausgeführt werden, damit sie endlich funktionierte (abgesehen von stundenlanger Wartezeit). Darüber hinaus kommen zu Sparplänen und Aktien jährliche Kosten hinzu, bei denen man es sich zweimal überlegen muss ob die Rendite von kleinen Positionen diese Kosten überhaupt schlagen können. Als positiv zu vermerken ist, dass es keine Dividendengebühr gibt. Im Vergleich zu deutschen Brokern muss der Kunde in Österreich leider einen schönen Batzen seiner Rendite abgeben und das leider auch unabhängig vom Anbieter. Liebes Dadat-Team, ich hoffe diese Kritik wird zur Kenntnis genommen und das Angebot zukünftig verbessert. Navigating the website feels like going back to 1995. In order to carry out the most mundane orders you have to be patient ... And the constant deleting of cookies to gain access to your own depot becomes tedious over time. The video legitimation was more than bumpy and had to be carried out 3 times (!!!) so that it finally worked (apart from waiting for hours). In addition, there are annual costs in addition to savings plans and stocks, which make you think twice about whether the return on small positions can beat these costs at all. On a positive note, there is no dividend fee. Compared to German brokers, the customer in Austria unfortunately has to give up a nice chunk of his return and that unfortunately also regardless of the provider. Dear Dadat team, I hope this criticism will be noted and the offer will be improved in the future.

Vor 3 Wochen wurde die Karte gesperrt (weil's neu Karten gibt) ohne uns vorher zu Informieren und jetzt warte ich schon 3 Wochen auf die neue Karte. Hands off!! First advertise with a free account and six months later fees will be charged. The card was blocked 3 weeks ago (because there are new cards) without informing us beforehand and now I have been waiting 3 weeks for the new card.

Manchmal dauert es 1 Minute bis die app vollständig geladen ist, dann passiert es oft, dass man erneut die Login-Daten eingeben muss, obwohl man die Fingerprint Funktion aktiviert hat. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man vor einer Bestellung steht und 1 Minute hat um sie zu bezahlen, bevor man die Bestellung erneut beginnen muss... 2. Das Gratiskonto kostet jetzt was, ohne dass sie irgendetwas verbessert haben. Ein Kontowechsel ist sehr mühsam (Emails, Formulare, etc.) und weil ich dermaßen unzufrieden bin, muss ich innerhalb von 1 Jahr wieder mein Konto wechseln. Das Dadat Konto hat mich nur Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Daher nur 1 Stern von mir! ABSOLUTE DISASTER! 1. The app, the website, the customer service - simply tedious! Sometimes it takes 1 minute until the app is fully loaded, then it often happens that you have to re-enter the login data even though you have activated the fingerprint function. Very annoying when you stand in front of an order and have 1 minute to pay before you have to start the order again ... 2. The free account now costs something without you having improved anything. Switching accounts is very tedious (emails, forms, etc.) and because I am so dissatisfied, I have to switch my account again within 1 year. The Dadat account just cost me time and nerves. Therefore only 1 star from me!

Als ich mit meinem Depot und den Rentenzahlung meines Sohnes (Halbwaise) auch umziehen wollte, ging das alles nicht mehr. Ging alles und geht alles wieder bei der alten Bank. Also mühsam wieder alles zurückstellen und dann versucht das Konto zu schließen. Der Kundenservice ist leider unterirdisch. Standardantworten, nichtlesen von Emails, nicht in der Lage sein das Konto (trotz Guthaben) zu schließen. Blöde Antworten, die man sich sparen kann. Wo man sich heute als Bank durch Service und das Internetbanking (Webseite, App) von der Konkurrenz absetzen kann, verliert die dad.at leider gegen alle anderen. Kann ich absolut nicht empfehlen, ich gebe nur 2 Sterne, weil die 1 Stern-Bewertungen ja nicht für voll genommen werden ;) Sind eigentlich NULL Sterne Opened a free payroll account in Summer 2021. When I wanted to move with my deposit and the pension payments of my son (half-orphan), none of that worked anymore. Everything went and everything will go back to the old bank. So laboriously reset everything and then try to close the account. Unfortunately, the customer service is subpar. Standard replies, not reading emails, not being able to close the account (despite funds). Stupid answers that you can save yourself. Where a bank can set itself apart from the competition today through service and internet banking (website, app), dad.at unfortunately loses out to all the others. I can't recommend it at all, I only give 2 stars because the 1 star ratings are not taken seriously ;) Are actually ZERO stars

They managed to answer all my questions in short time and the service that they provide is also easy to understand, with good learn-materials available. The web interface is a bit oldschool and I'm missing some of the common modern features, hopefully this will get improoved in the near future.
