★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe selten so ein unprofessionelles Unternehmen erlebt. Ich wollte gebrauchte Büromöbel kaufen und Anfang Jänner in mein neues Büro liefern lassen. Das habe ich so von Anfang an klargestellt. Zuerst war alles super, machen wir, kein Problem, das kostet auch nichts. Sie haben mir ein Angebot geschickt. Im Angebot wurde die Lagerung sogar extra mit EUR 0,00 angeführt. Ich habe bestellt und bekam dann eine Rechnung mit EUR 75,00 für die Lagerung. Meine diesbezügliche Reklamation wurde mit, der Chef besteht aber darauf beantwortet. Am Ende habe ich storniert, mit so einem Unternehmen möchte ich nicht zusammenarbeiten.
I have rarely seen such an unprofessional company. I wanted to buy used office furniture and have it delivered to my new office in early January. I made that clear from the start. At first everything was great, we'll do it, no problem, it doesn't cost anything. You sent me an offer. In the offer, the storage was even listed with an extra EUR 0.00. I ordered and then received an invoice with EUR 75.00 for storage. My complaint was answered with, but the boss insists. In the end I canceled, I don't want to work with a company like that.
