M	Michaela Kogler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin wurde vereinbart, schriftlich per Mail bestätigt, jedoch am Tag des Termines stand man vor verschlossenen Türen! Nach 20 Minuten des Wartens und nach mehrmaligen Versuchen jemanden telefonisch zu erreichen, haben wir uns an einen Konkurrenten gewandt! Keinesfalls zu empfehlen und sollte eine Rechnung kommen bezgl Nichteinhaltung des Termins, wird unser Anwalt sich freuen über einen neuen Auftrag! Hier wird definitiv in betrügerischer Absicht dann gehandelt! Kann niemanden diesen Laden empfehlen.. außen vlt hui, innen jedoch pfui!!! Und es hat KEINE Absage per Mail gegeben!!!! Sogar 2 Erinnerungen an den Termin... also die Antwort vom Inhaber mehr als lächerlich! Eigentlich könnten wir eine Entschädigung verlangen für die verlorene Zeit! Appointment was agreed, confirmed in writing by email, but on the day of the appointment you were standing in front of closed doors! After 20 minutes of waiting and after trying to reach someone by phone several times, we reached out to a competitor! Not to be recommended under any circumstances and if an invoice comes in for failure to meet the deadline, our lawyer will be happy to receive a new assignment! This is definitely the case with fraudulent intent! Can't recommend this shop to anyone .. outside vlt hui, but ugh inside !!! And there was NO rejection by email !!!! Even 2 reminders of the appointment ... so the answer from the owner was more than ridiculous! Actually, we could ask for compensation for the lost time!

Habe mein Traumkleid gefunden und es wird so geändert wie ich es haben möchte. Also zusammenfassend: Leistung & Beratung TOP, Kleider WUNDERSCHÖN & vorallem Kleider in jeder Preisklasse. So macht das Planen und Probieren noch mehr Spaß, könnte da den ganzen Tag verbringen :D Silvia & Irene: 2 top women, totally honest and sooo helpful. Thanks to you for the advice and services. Obwohl ich nur mehr 2 Monate Zeit bis zur Hochzeit habe, haben wir das perfekte Kleid für mich gefunden und ich konnte es gleich mitnehmen!!! Tolle Beratung, sehr gute Auswahl und die Preise sind ein Wahnsinn!!! Ich und meine Begleiterinnen hatten sehr viel Spaß!!! Ich würde es jedem empfehlen mal vorbeizuschauen!!! Ich wurde toll beraten und wir hatten alle spass. Am Ende habe ich mich sogar für ein Kleid entschieden was eigentlich nicht mein Favorit war (beim anschauen) aber meine Beraterin hatte das Gefühl es würde mir passen. Und es war wirklich so. Anprobiert und schon war für mich klar das ist es. Liebe Zukünftige Bräute ich kann euch nur empfehlen hier hin zu gehen. Hier seid ihr keine Nummer sondern an diesem Tag eine ganz besonderer Mensch. Vielen Dank liebes Coco Team für diesen Tollen Tag. Ich freue mich schon auf die Anprobe I was there over the weekend. And I'm absolutely thrilled. Two great women who love their work. Me and my girls felt absolutely comfortable. I received great advice and we all had fun. I even ended up choosing a dress that wasn't actually my favorite (looking at it) but my consultant felt it would fit me. And it really was. Tried it on and I knew it was it. Dear future brides, I can only recommend you to go here. Here you are not a number but a very special person on this day. Thank you dear Coco team for this great day. I'm looking forward to trying it on

Die Qualität der Kleider ist wirklich nicht gut, teilweise waren die Kleider sogar dreckig (finde ich äußerst unpassend in einem Brautmodengeschäft). Ich persönlich, fühlte mich nicht verstanden und mir wurden Stilrichtungen "empfohlen" die ich von Anfang an nicht wollte (Jede Braut weiß, was ich hier meine). Eines hat mir dann gefallen und als ich es nicht sofort nehmen wollte (da ich niemand bin der schnell entscheidet) wurde mir gleich gesagt, dass sie dieses dann der anderen Kundin geben und sie es vielleicht nimmt... ich sagte dann, dass ich der anderen Kundin wünsche, dass sie ihr Traumkleid findet und bin dann gegangen. Für mich, äußerst unprofessionell. Unfortunately I was more than disappointed. The quality of the clothes is really not good, some of the clothes were even dirty (I find this extremely inappropriate in a bridal shop). Personally, I didn't feel understood and was "recommended" for styles that I didn't want from the start (every bride knows what I mean here). I liked one of them and when I didn't want to take it immediately (since I'm not someone who decides quickly) I was told straight away that they would give it to the other customer and she might take it... I then said that I would be the wished another customer to find her dream dress and then left. To me, extremely unprofessional.

As my girlfriend is maid of honour, and someone had to take care of the kids, but could not leave her side, I had to spend the time at the store. The personal was kind and helpful - and helped me entertain my kids. Thank you it was a pleasant stay.
