So from the machine selection actually great but the staff is totally unfriendly no matter which Joker's in Graz they are all condescending and treat everyone like dirt

Was nützen Plakate an den Geräten "frisch gereinigt und desinfiziert " Wir waren öfters in diesem Lokal, aber zumindest die weiblichen Angestellten sitzen lieber in ihrem Büro, anstatt Geräte nach Ende des Spiels zu reinigen. In 10 Tagen nicht einmal einen Reinigungsvorgang beobachtet. NMS müssen die Damen wohl auch nicht tragen. Sehr enttäuschend die Handhabung
Corona has us all under control. Shouldn't we pay attention to special hygiene? What use are posters on the devices "freshly cleaned and disinfected" We were often in this restaurant, but at least the female employees prefer to sit in their office instead of cleaning devices after the game. Not even observed a cleaning process in 10 days. The women don't have to wear NMS either. Very disappointing handling

Very friendly lady at the reception with red hair (Katja?). Has explained everything to us very well. We'd love to come again;)
