★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unprofessionell und eine Abzocke sondergleichen. Dieser Service und die Mitarbeiter wollen keine Kundenzufriedenheit, sondern nur das Geld der Kunden. Nach der Beschwerde erhält man immer eine Standardisierte Antwort, so wie sie es wahrscheinlich auch zu dieser Rezension machen werden.
Bin sehr enttäuscht und habe meinen Vertrag gekündigt, musste hier auch eine saftige Stornogebühr zahlen, um den Preis könnte man schon in den Urlaub fahren.
Keine Empfehlung, für niemanden!
Very unprofessional and a rip-off. This service and the employees do not want customer satisfaction, just the money of the customers. After the complaint, you always get a standardized answer, as you probably will for this review.
I am very disappointed and have terminated my contract, had to pay a hefty cancellation fee, the price you could already go on vacation.
No recommendation, for no one!
