Leider funktionierte das Füllen der Feder nicht und trotz Reinigung durch den Chef ging das durchgängige Schreiben immer noch nicht. Nun habe ich sie heute in die Schremser Filiale, die zum Glück weiter besteht, gebracht und mir wurde das Geld wieder zurück gegeben. Das was ich toll finde: Die Dame wird mich anrufen, wenn Feb. od. März der Vertreter da war, ob der etwas mit der Feder anfangen kann und entweder schreibenden Ersatz hat, oder sie reparieren (lassen) kann. Ich hatte mich ja schließlich in das schöne Ding verknallt und da wäre es halt schon fein, wenn ich dann evtl. zum Geburtstag, wenn es schon nicht Weihnachten sein wollte, ein Geschenk für mich habe. Ich schaute mich auch noch etwas um und war fasziniert von dem Angebot in dem Laden: Alles gut sortiert und für mich als Papier- und Schreibwaren-Junky, einfach alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Bücher, Bücherln, Kalender, Schreibzeug in allen Formen und Farben, ...... Ich bin bestimmt immer wieder mal dort zum Einkauf :-) Before the sad closure of the branch in Gmünd, I bought a beautiful fountain pen. Unfortunately the filling of the pen did not work and despite cleaning by the boss, the continuous writing still did not work. Now I took her to the Schrems branch, which fortunately still exists, and the money was given back to me. What I think is great: The lady will call me when the representative was there in February or March, whether he can do something with the pen and either has a writing substitute or can have it repaired. After all, I had a crush on the beautiful thing and it would be nice if I had a gift for my birthday, if it wasn't already Christmas. I also looked around a bit and was fascinated by the offer in the shop: everything well sorted and for me as a stationery junky, just everything your heart desires. Books, books, calendars, writing utensils in all shapes and colors, ...... I am definitely there every now and then to shop :-)

Brauchte dringend ein bestimmtes Buch um innerhalb einer Woche eine Hausarbeit zu schreiben. Hab nach der Bestellung extra noch mit dem Geschäft Kontakt aufgenommen, um mich abzusichern, dass das Buch auch pünktlich kommt. Dies wurde mir versichert und mir versprochen das ganze im Auge zu behalten, da es sehr wichtig für mich war. Nach 5 Tagen kam das Paket - jedoch mit dem falschen Buch als Inhalt! Auf meine E-Mail wurde danach nicht mehr geantwortet! Unreliable! No purchase recommendation! I am writing my first review here because I have never experienced anything like this .. Urgently needed a certain book to write homework within a week. After ordering, I got in touch with the shop to make sure that the book was coming on time. I was assured of this and promised to keep an eye on the whole thing as it was very important to me. After 5 days the package came - but with the wrong book as content! My email was not answered afterwards!

Es besteht die Möglichkeit sich in ein Buch reinzulesen. Herr Spazierer und Mitarbeiter extrem Höflich und Hilfsbereit. Kann mit jedem großen Buchhändler in München mithalten. Kompliment, weiter so, da kann Amazone nicht mithalten. Unique service, almost all books in stock. If a book is not in stock, it is ordered and can be delivered within 2 days at the latest. Ich war jahrelang Kunde und das nicht zu wenig, aber das geht zu weit. Nie wieder werde ich auch nur einen Cent in dieses Geschäft tragen. Diese Diskriminierung ist das allerletzte und soetwas wird nie mehr unterstützt. Schämt euch!!!!! My son was denied purchase of books for school because he didn't have his Ninja Pass with him. I've been a customer for years and that's not too little, but that's going too far. I will never carry a dime into this store again. This discrimination is the very last thing and something like that will never be supported again. Shame on you!!!!!
