S	SPÖ Wels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes Personal ist schwer zu finden Die Blumen waren wunderschön, diesbezüglich würde ich wirklich gerne 5 Sterne geben. Allerdings war der Ablauf leider enttäuschend. Ein vereinbarte Termin ist einzuhalten, besonders wenn es um eine Hochzeit geht und das ohne wenn und aber. Die Blumen wurden auch wie vereinbart abgeholt nur hatten wir im Vorhinein eine schleppend Kommunikation diesbezüglich, weil man spontan beschlossen hatte in dieser Woche Betriebsurlaub einzulegen und dann beim Abholen wurde von einer Angestellten darüber hergezogen, dass sie eigentlich nicht hier sein sollte, nur wegen uns heute arbeiten muss und die falschen Blumen wollte sie auch mitgeben. Man stellt sich weiterhin den Schock vor wenn man, nachdem man gebeten wurde alles 2 Tage früher zu holen (Feiertag dazwischen) anruft, niemanden erreicht und zu einem Tonband kommt der den Betriebsurlaub erklärt. Catrin selbst ist eine ganz nette, kompetente Frau und ich denke hier wurde durch den E-Mail Verkehr einfach falsch kommuniziert (man bekommt auf eine Mail mit Infos auch nur ungern eine Antwort zurück, die nur einen Daumen Hoch Emoticon enthält) Aber leider deshalb nur 3 Sterne. Die Blumen selbst haben 5 verdient. Good staff is hard to find The flowers were beautiful, I would really like to give 5 stars for that. However, the process was unfortunately disappointing. An agreed date must be kept, especially when it comes to a wedding and without ifs and buts. The flowers were also picked up as agreed, only we had slow communication in advance because they had spontaneously decided to take company vacation this week and then when picking them up an employee complained that she should not be here, just because of us today has to work and she also wanted to give the wrong flowers. You still imagine the shock when, after being asked to pick up everything 2 days earlier (holiday in between), you don't reach anyone and come to a tape that explains the company holiday. Catrin herself is a very nice, competent woman and I think that communication was simply wrong through the e-mail traffic (you are reluctant to get an answer back to an e-mail with information that only contains a thumbs-up emoticon) But unfortunately that's why only 3 stars. The flowers themselves deserve 5.

Wer eine kompetente, freundliche und tolle Beratung und Unterstützung möchte, ist bei Catrin bestens aufgehoben. We have always been extremely competent and courteous in the whole preparation phase of our wedding. We were well advised by Cahtin. She listened to us and made all our wishes more than 100%. The entire flower decoration exceeded our expectations and was beautiful. If you want a competent, friendly and great advice and support, is in good hands with Catrin.

Die gesamte Abwicklung hat super funktioniert! Der Brautstrauß, die gesamte Blumendeko wurde von Blumen Catrin und ihrem Team organisiert! Dort wird noch das Blumenhandwerk mit Liebe gelebt! Es war einfach alles wunderschön!!! Würde immer wieder dort einkaufen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!! Ein kleines aber feines Blumengeschäft, das seines gleichen sucht! Vielen Dank nochmals!!! The bridal bouquet, the whole flower decoration was organized by Catrin and her flowers! There is still the flower craft lived with love! Everything was beautiful !!!
