L	Lena Louisa R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gepflegter Shop mit großer Auswahl. Allerdings kommt es vereinzelt zu langen Wartezeiten an der Kassa, da die Mitarbeiterinnen nicht da sind. Well-kept shop with a large selection. However, there are occasional long waiting times at the cash desk, because the employees are not there.

Aber eines ist sicher, Superfiliale mit Supermitarbeitern. 5 Sterne sind zu wenig für diese Supercrew. Komme gerne wieder! Superteam!!!??? Super nice lady advised me very nicely about make-up stuff. My wife needed a little present again. SORRY, I MISS THE NAME. But one thing is for sure, super branch with super employees. 5 stars are not enough for this super crew. I would love to come again! Super team !!! ???
C	Claudia Idahosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne BIPA Filiale, zwar etwas unübersichtlich durch die Aufteilung/ Positionierung der Regale, aber man kann ja fragen...Personal ist sehr nett. Praktisch ist auch, dass sowohl die Post als auch der hofer gleich nebenan sind und eine Lidl Filiale quer über die Straße. Nice BIPA branch, a bit confusing due to the division / positioning of the shelves, but you can ask ... staff is very nice. It is also practical that both the post office and the hofer are right next door and a Lidl branch across the street.

Selbst wenn man seit mehreren Minuten an der Kassa wartet tratschen die Mitarbeiterinnen lieber mit Kunden weiter. (Obwohl sie gesehen hat dass jemand wartet) Und schon vor Corona haben sie das Wechselgeld einfach hingefetzt sodass man jede Münze einzeln aufklauben durfte. Hauptsache beim Werben von irgendwelchen Produkten sind sie ganz schnell. So viel Arroganz und Unfreundlichkeit habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Ich war nach einem 3/4 Jahr wieder hier. Nachdem ich 5 Minuten an der Kassa gewartet habe , habe ich die Sachen zurückgeräumt und bin gegangen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich gesehen, sie hat nur lieber mit irgendeinem Bekannten gequatscht. Mir egal, ich gebe mein Geld sowieso lieber beim DM aus, dann Kauf ich es eben wo anders. Bequemlichkeitshalber bin ich ausnahmsweise zum BIPA statt DM gegangen aber die Mitarbeiterinnen haben mich daran erinnert warum ich schon lange nicht mehr zum BIPA gehe. Zum Glück gibt's den DM der weitaus kompetenter und günstiger ist. Snooty and unfriendly that applies best to the branch. Even if you've been waiting at the cash desk for several minutes, the employees prefer to continue gossiping with customers. (Though she saw someone waiting) And even before Corona, they simply put the change down so that each coin could be picked up individually. The main thing when promoting any products is that they are very fast. I haven't seen so much arrogance and rudeness in a long time. I was here again after 3/4 year. After waiting 5 minutes at the cash desk, I put the things back and left. The employee saw me, she just preferred to chat with someone she knew. I don't care, I prefer to spend my money at DM anyway, then I'll just buy it somewhere else. For the sake of convenience, I went to BIPA instead of DM, but the staff reminded me why I haven't been to BIPA for a long time. Fortunately, there is the DM which is far more competent and cheaper.
