S	Swarup Sinha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hostel is not so good as it is not in a prime location. The desk office and the hostel building is separate place. So it's somehow troublesome. Anyway the traveller like me have no other choice but to accept the place.

P	Parichay Mehta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Step Inn is one of the finest hostel I’ve been to. It’s in the heart of Vienna, only 5 mins walk from Westbahnhof. I loved the location of the hostel. There are train, tram & bus connections only few steps away from the hostel. The area is peaceful & safe. The hostel, of course, is a small world in itself. The staff of Do Step Inn is genuinely nice & helpful. Right from the check-in till the check-out, they helped us with a smile. They do know a lot about the city & they can suggest you off-beat attractions as well (Just ask them for it!) I stayed in a 4-bed dormitory for 2 nights. The room was spacious enough & the bathroom was clean. They provide bed linens etc. so you don’t need to carry it. The kitchen is HUGE & full of useful utensils. It also has some vending machines if you’re bored to cook. Westbahnhof has supermarkets which stay open till quite late at night. Apart from this, Do Step Inn has a quaint chilling area, a lounge & a huge chess drawn in its backyard. It’s a fun-filled hostel. I recommend this to anyone visiting Vienna. Good job, team! :)

The staff was very friendly and the bedroom/bed was okay. There are two different buildings (where the reception is and where my dorm was) and they are a block away from each other which was a bit tricky to figure out how to check in.
P	Parker Vandermeer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay if you just need a quick place to sleep but definitely nothing special. Would look elsewhere for my next stay. Pros: Comfortable beds, friendly front desk staff, good wifi access. Cons: Two seperate buildings, not enough showers and the hot water runs out at peak times, bathrooms/showers need more regular cleaning of the floors, small rooms with nothing but beds in them, far from downtown and most sites, no 24 hour front desk (for its size there is no reason it shouldn't have this), thin walls (you hear EVERYTHING in the halls), we had ants in our room. I'm usually pretty relaxed with what I get for the money at hostels, but for what we paid this place really under delivered.
A	Adan Patience on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly stuffy and small rooms. It is a hostel, and I've stayed at worse and better places but the lack of airflow just makes sleeping a terrible experience. Guests also smoke in the bathrooms, and it's out of the control of the hostel but air purifiers could go a long way in preventing the smoke smell from hanging around in the corridors and in the rooms.
