★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den Auftrag an dieses Unternehmen zu vergeben war leider eine ziemliche Fehlentscheidung. Solange Herr Zöbl während der Planungsphase Ansprechpartner war, fühlte man sich gut aufgehoben. Danach kehrte sich das gesamte Bild des Unternehmens leider ins Gegenteil um. Es gab durchgehend Probleme seit Baubeginn. Bauleiter zeigt wenig bis kein Verständnis für Anliegen der Kunden. Man fühlt sich einfach nicht ernst genommen mit seinen Problemen. Ich kann von diesem Unternehmen aus meiner Erfahrung heraus nur abraten.
Unfortunately, awarding the contract to this company was quite a wrong decision. As long as Mr. Zöbl was the contact person during the planning phase, you felt that you were in good hands. After that, unfortunately, the whole picture of the company was reversed. There have been constant problems since construction began. Site manager shows little or no understanding of customer concerns. You just don't feel that your problems are being taken seriously. Based on my experience, I can only advise against this company.
