Print out an appointment for a recovery confirmation in a month at the earliest... These are citizen-friendly services!! Just more ridiculous.
V	Veronika Maria Hackl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 Personalausweise benötigt-man kommt direkt zum Termin dran, 10 Minuten später waren wir schon fertig! Sehr nette Mitarbeiterin! 2 ID cards required - you get to the appointment directly, 10 minutes later we were already done! Very nice employee!

Vor Ort wird man jetzt an der Tür empfangen, nur traurig das man mit Maske auch zu zweit nicht rein darf wenn nur die Frau einen Termin hat, aber vielleicht gibt's da gewisse Auflagen. Very helpful, competent and friendly on the phone. On site you will now be received at the door, only sad that you are not allowed in with a mask even if only the woman has an appointment, but maybe there are certain conditions.
R	Renee Gridl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terminvergabe funktioniert gut, wenn auch lange Wartezeit auf einen Termin. Die Dame vom Bürgerservice sehr nett, wenn auch abgelenkt durch mehrere Telefonate. ABER der Sicherheits-Check ist eine Katastrophe. Warum ich meine Tasche abgeben musste, wurde mir nicht erklärt, warum es eine Sicherheitskontrolle gibt, weiß ich auch nicht, dafür waren aber alle sehr unfreundlich. Scheduling appointments works well, albeit a long wait for an appointment. The lady from the citizen service is very nice, although distracted by several phone calls. BUT the security check is a disaster. They didn't explain to me why I had to hand in my bag, and I don't know why there was a security check either, but everyone was very rude.

Es wird abgeblockt und auf die lange Bank geschoben. Allgemein: Service- und Bürgerfeindlich! Deciding on the obligation to vaccinate, it is not possible to get an appointment with the medical officer for a justified (allergic reaction to previous vaccination) certificate. It is blocked and put on the back burner. General: anti-service and anti-citizen!

Das Sicherheitspersonal am Eingang agiert ziemlich hastig und arrogant. Online appointment scheduling works well. The BH staff were friendly and dealt with our concerns quickly. The security staff at the entrance acts rather hasty and arrogant.
