No allergens listed! No information about the processed products! Staff has no idea about the products to be sold. Really bad!
e	ewald stefan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin Stammkunde aber durchaus kritisch. Auswahl an Produkten sehr gut. Auch Qualität und Preis passen. Personal wurde in den letzten Jahren immer besser. Die oft vorgeworfene Überforderung in Stoßzeiten kann ich manchmal auch sehen. Bemüht ist man aber auch dann noch! Was mir manchmal nicht gefällt sind die Hunde die trotz Hinweisschildern mit ins Geschäft genommen werden. Mich beim Brötchenkaufen anbellen zu lassen und Hundebesitzer die meinen "ist eh nur Deko" wenn ich sie bitte ihren Hund nicht die Brötchen beim Eingang ganz unten im Regal abschlecken zu lassen, finde ich übel. (wirklich nur als Deko dort, aber trotzdem grauslich) Warum muss ich als Kunde das machen? Auch ist es mir schon mehrmals passiert, dass morgens keine Ware da war, weil die Lieferung irgendwo feststeckt. Ich möchte aber auch noch anmerken, dass die Möglichkeit am Sonn- und Feiertagen morgens dort frisches Gebäck zu kaufen eine echte Bereicherung ist. I am a regular customer but quite critical. Selection of products very good. Quality and price also match. Personnel got better and better over the last few years. Sometimes I can see the often accused of being too demanding at peak times. But even then you still try! What I sometimes don't like are the dogs that are taken into the shop despite the signs. I find it nasty to bark at me when buying bread rolls and to let dog owners think of mine "is only decoration" if I ask them not to let their dog lick the bread rolls at the entrance at the bottom of the shelf. (really only there as decoration, but still horrible) Why do I have to do that as a customer? It has also happened to me several times that there were no goods in the morning because the delivery is stuck somewhere. But I would also like to note that the opportunity to buy fresh pastries there in the morning on Sundays and public holidays is a real asset.

I bought two pieces of chocolate croissant for my girlfriend, unfortunately she didn't like it at all because they weren't apparently fresh but maybe from yesterday or older, selling them for 2 € without a comment would be a cheek ... unfortunately I am this time disappointed by Köck ..
