Overall correct, only the call back is a bit unreliable, I guess due to stress. Hence the star deduction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nachdem ich hier lauter positive Bewertungen gelesen habe, fällt es mir fast schwer meine Meinung hier zu schreiben, aber ich war absolut nicht zufrieden!
Da mein privater Fuhrpark daheim nicht mal so klein ist (4 Autos , 6 Motorräder) war ich auf der suche nach eine kompetenten Werkstatt, die nicht so wie alle größeren Werkstätten in der Umgebung alles auf Punkt und Beistrich erledigen, sondern wo man noch mit dem Mechaniker sprechen kann und einen eventuell noch Tipps gegeben werden wenn was zu erledigen ist, um auch selber mal Hand anzulegen. Schade eigentlich. dachte hier gut Aufgehoben zu sein.... :-( aber es gibt ja Gott sei dank mehrere Werkstätten.
After reading a lot of positive reviews, it is almost difficult for me to write my opinion here, but I was absolutely not satisfied!
Since my private vehicle fleet at home is not that small (4 cars, 6 motorcycles), I was looking for a competent workshop that does not do everything in full dots like all larger workshops in the area, but where you can still do it with the Mechanic can speak and you may be given tips when something needs to be done, so that you can lend a hand yourself. It's a shame actually. thought to be in good hands here .... :-( but thank God there are several workshops.
