Telefonisch gut erreichbar. Hier wird man sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend behandelt, alle Fragen werden beantwortet. 10-Minütige Probefahrt nach telefonischer Vereinbarung war kein Problem. Pickerl und Check wären gemacht worden. War nicht so leicht, weil ich Österreich weit nur 4 Autos gefunden hatte, die für meine Vorgaben passten. Bei der Firma Pagani bekam ich das beste Angebot für den Tausch meines Suzuki Ignis und außerdem fand ich den Chef sehr Vertrauenswürdig, weil er seinen Job mit Herz und Seele macht, was man heut zu Tage kaum mehr findet. Ich darf meine nach meiner doch sehr großem Erfahrung ein Lob aussprechen und diese Firma sehr gerne Weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmals für die rasche Abwicklung und die rasche Reparatur der automatischen Kupplung. PS: Er ist zu allen Kunden zuvorkommend und nicht nur weil ich der Lovecoach bin...:) After my dear wife Yulen got the driving license for automatic cars, I started looking for a small car for her all over Austria. It wasn't so easy because I only found 4 cars in Austria that fit my specifications. At Pagani I got the best offer to swap my Suzuki Ignis and I also found the boss very trustworthy because he does his job with heart and soul, which you can hardly find any more these days. After my very great experience, I can praise myself and recommend this company to others. Thank you again for the quick handling and the quick repair of the automatic clutch. PS: He is courteous to all customers and not just because I'm the love coach ... :)

Bei der Probefahrt ist uns ein defekter Lautsprecher aufgefallen, die Reparatur wurde ohne umschweife zugesagt. Würde jederzeit wieder dort kaufen. Very friendly dealer. Quite fair prices and no typical salesman behavior. During the test drive we noticed a defective speaker, the repair was promised without hesitation. Would buy there again anytime.

Mr Pagani was very proactive answering very quickly to all my questions by mails and was keeping me informed about Pickerl..... in this lockdown period The car is as expected and as described by Mr. Pagani.
